The woman working the desk on last night single handedly managed a crowd of 25ish simultaneous bookings with tired and hungry passengers with kids and the like. If her employer is reading this you should give her a raise. Seriously.

The property was clean inside and out! The room was spacious and clean. There was a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from . It was a very nice experience.

In my week there they just make a room service 2 times after my request, also before leave they was needing to make a room service but never do that. They leave dust all the time on desk that they never cleane up.

The pool says it’s heated. It most definitely is not. The room is heated and the pool is freezing. Staff wasn’t the most friendly. The gentleman overnight was probably the best at customer service. Would stay elsewhere next time

I liked that it was in a convenient area good restaurants in walking distance. what I didn't like you had to ask for room service I thought it automatically came, but other than that it was lovely

Perfect option for an overnight layover at Denver airport. Free shuttle was incredibly convenient and check-in and check-out were both seamless.

Size of room was big, staff at front desk helpful, free parking was a plus, breakfast was powdered eggs with greasy sausage and when got there at 830 wasn’t being filled up, no bagels 3 or 4 pieces of bread etc.

Unfortunately we waited an hour for the shuttle (I even called to make sure they were still coming) and the front desk receptionist was rude and talked on her cell phone the whole time she was checking me in.

It was not properly communicated through the staff change that I was booked into my room and multiple other customers staying that night were given keycards and attempted to enter my room throughout the night. This is a very serious safety issue and was totally unacceptable. I notified the front desk of this 2 times via phone call before the 3rd time voicing my complaint at 4AM at the front desk. I am shocked they had the audacity to proceed to charge me for my nights stay after such a horrendous experience. I seriously doubt I will ever consider staying at a comfort suites or booking last minute through expedia again.

I had a long layover in Denver with an early flight, so I decided to book a hotel for the night. They offered an hourly shuttle that leaves on the hour. I was able to catch the shuttle at 4am and made it to the airport within 25 minutes. It made my trip easier to manage and got a good nights rest.

Good place to stay with free shuttle service to the airport. Brittney, who was at the front desk to check me in, as well as driving the shuttle to the airport, was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We missed our early morning flight couldnt get another till next day so booked a room got shuttle from airport frontdesk was very helpful checked us in eatlier without charge knowing our stituation. Very clean quite and friendly. Also got shuttle back to airport next day. The price was awesome and so was breakfast.
