What I liked was the beds, linens, appliances were utd. However the wall paper, the carpet in the halls, the halls in general, elevator, the doors were super old and for sure need to be updated.
And the walls seem to be paper thin so I could hear everything going on.

The elevator is down. I have go up and down the stairs dragging my luggages. It's just hard for a disable person like me.
The check-in is great they let me check in early.

The sheriff's department was out 3 times in the 2 days I was there. It was so noisy I had to sleep with my noise canceling headphones on. There are homeless housed there too. This was rated 8.8 and excellent when I booked. I felt unsafe. Dogs were barking at 1am. It was just crazy. I guess there's nowhere else to stay in highland ranch any better

The hotel was very clean and the people were very friendly. I did not like paying $10 for parking in the parking lot. I could see it if it was a parking garage - there was plenty of parking. and it was not communicated on the hotels.com site.

Mark, looking at your reservation I cannot see any extra charges. Parking at the our property is commentary.
It is a great location just off the C470. It is clean and comfortable. Also a good value. The staff is very friendly and they serve hot breakfast everyday.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We must like it. It’s convenient to the medical office that we needed to go to, it’s close to Food, and Wright off a major highway. The staff is very very friendly, which makes you stay even more enjoyable.

Room was clean and parking for level 2 was awesome. The location was prefect for the areas I needed to get to. The continental breakfast was really good and finally the price was right!

The hotel was not full and we were placed in a room near an exit door on the second level that slammed for a good portion of the night. Not sure why one door would slam like that.

This was a nice olace to stay. Several good food options right next door. The bed was comfortable, nice clean room and nice breakfast selection. Overall, I would stay at this property again. It's not new, but well taken care of.

I would not call this a suite. It is the same size as a standard hotel room with an uncomfortable old pull-out couch added. Refrigerator and microwave but no kitchen sink. The price was low so I shouldn’t complain
