Clean and comfortable

Nice neighborhood. House clean , kitchen was uber stocked with dishes to use and cook with. Beds super comfy. Very comfortable spot for home base .

Red rocks destination

This was a clean and convenient home for our short stay. It was easy to get around while also putting us near restaurants and attractions.

Great Location for Getting to Red Rocks

Very nice place, but it has no central air conditioning, so we found it pretty stuffy downstairs during our July stay. Bedrooms upstairs did have AC units and beds were comfy, so sleeping was a delight!

This property had everything we needed for a great trip! We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Denver wasn’t far away but the real gem of the trip (besides Red Rocks!) was the town of Golden. The best places we visited were The Golden Mill and The Flats Beer Garden. Both places were within 20-30 minutes and we spent a good deal of time there. Such a great trip and not having to worry about accommodations made it even better! If we are back- we’d definitely stay here again.

Good location nice facilities

The condo was as described. The location is very convenient for driving into Denver or into the mountains. Easy walking to several decent restaurants, coffee shop, and brewpub. We did not hear any strange noise when using the upstairs shower as other reviewers have noted. Also, there is large portable ac unit on the main floor, so perhaps this is new since previous reviews. We found the condo very comfortable.

Nice & convenient

We were pleased with our stay in the townhome. Had everything we needed as a base camp. Couple things to note is that the bathroom upstairs is a Jack & Jill stye with doors entering from either side of the upstairs bedrooms. The other bathroom with a shower is downstairs. Upstairs shower makes a terrible noise so we just used the downstairs shower. Noise does not happen while taking a bath though. Home did not have central AC but evidently that is not unusual for Colorado because we noticed lots of places that did not have AC. It wasn't too bad because the downstairs never got above 78 degrees in July/August while all locked up when we were gone. When we got home we just opened up windows & patio door and it was quite nice. They also have a cooling fan in the living room and very comfortable furnishings. The bedroom AC units were perfect and kept the rooms nice and cold and beds were extremely comfy. Host was very nice and answered questions pretty quick. We were visiting Red Rock for a concert and this was a perfect location for that.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation and it was great. Plenty of room for 4 people and several restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen we’ve seen at a vrbo! Thanks for a great stay!

Golden in Golden

Adorable condo on the east side of Golden, about 10-15 mins from Red Rocks. Unit was easy to access, clean and inviting. Made use of the covered patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot for four.

We were there to see several things from Pikes Peak to Meow Wolf. Super easy access to anywhere. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance coffee and food. I will always stay here when visiting. Host was super nice and responsive. We were thankful to have such a nice place.

Convenient and Clean

The property was very clean and in a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked and jad everything we needed. One thing i didn't know from the description was that the two bedrooms shared a bathroom upstairs. Similar to a Jack and Jill, except the entrance to the second bedroom was just passed the bathroom door. Additionally, the bathroom doors were sliding doors with no locks or latches. While we were all family, it was still uncomfortable. There was a second bathroom downstairs with a shower.
