The hot tub was amazing. I cannot believe the hotel does not offer complimentary coffee or parking. For those reasons we will not be back, everything else, food, hot tub, room we enjoyed.

Overall it was a great stay we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night as our ac was no longer working but staff got us helped right away we had breakfast gonevouchers we were unable yo use as everything was always gone before we were able to partake for free.

Everyone was so friendly. The cleaning staff found our iPad and stuffed animal we had left and they called us so quickly we were able to turn around and it saved my kids the heartbreak of losing their favorite fox! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Friendly, helpful staff who offer fresh baked cookies! There’s always fresh unsweetened ice tea and lemonade available near the main entrance. Room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Overall, this stay was good and I would probably stay here again. The staff was very nice and very helpful. There were a couple problems that we had. Number 1, the power went out twice, so it was very hot in the rooms as well as the hallways because it was so hot outside. No options were available other than to leave or just endure the heat. Number 2, the tub was not working, and there were no notes to let you know that it was not working. The pool and hot tub are part of the reasons we booked at this facility Number 3. The intercom to get into the hotel late at night was not working and there were no notes on the door to let you know.

The hotel was fine for a quick overnight. Parking was an extra $10 which I don't remember reading anywhere on the website, and breakfast is not complimentary, although there is a restaurant on site. I was hoping to use the pool/hot tub, but there was a group of about 25 in there for a couple hours with loud, splashy kids, so I passed. Highway noise wasn't too bad, and it's tucked away in an office park but close to a bunch of restaurants/shopping.
