Bedroom 2 – Rocky Mountain National Park Room: This serene queen bedroom features forest-inspired wallpaper and a peaceful mountain feel that brings the magic and beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park indoors. A TV adds an extra touch of comfort for quiet evenings in.

Bedroom 3 – Double Black Diamond Room: A stylish queen bedroom with ski- and snowboard-inspired design details that capture the excitement and charm of a Colorado mountain getaway.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am; please be respectful of our neighbors since this is a residential neighborhood. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.

We love that you love traveling with your dogs—they’re part of the family! We just ask that you please register/pay the pet deposit for each dog via Airbnb when you`re booking your reservation. If not, there will be an automatic $250 fine per animal. Additionally, they must be kenneled if left in the home alone. We have provided one medium/large dog kennel in the laundry room for your connivence if you did not bring your own.
