Cozy Little Stay

We love this little spot for our annual dog show adventure. It cannot be any more conveniently located and the space is just perfect for what we need! So happy they continie to have us back!

Simple and Clean Accommodations

Host was proactive in communicating about accessing the space and answered quickly when we were trying to locate the house (a little confusing since the driveway was full and the house number was hard to locate). The space itself was super clean and the neighborhood was easily accessible from the Denver airport.

Super Friendly and Gorgeous Location

I very much enjoyed the stay, and the hostess was super kind, which was very appreciated. She even added on an extra day to my stay when I realized that I had messed up my train ticket. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay for a short period of time. It IS only 3 rooms, but it is still very efficient.

Host was very quick with responses, friendly, and our stay was very comfortable and just what we needed! Though it was a smaller area, it was very spacey and clean with a mini-fridge and microwave! Even free snacks, disposable plates/silvereare, and towels/washcloths in the bathroom! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful area

Overall pleasant stay. Only downfall, was the plug in . Very sensitive to those and it was very difficult to sleep due the strong smell in such a small area.

Perfect for what I needed

I just needed somewhere to rest my head and clean up during my busy in and out schedule, this cute, clean little spot fit the bill. Close to shopping and the airport and downtown. Nice neighborhood for evening walks. The convenience of renting the hosts car through Turo made the whole trip super smooth. Highly recommend.

Reminded me of a hotel feeling, with no physical contact and own personal entry. Exactly what I was looking for. Was a tad warm, but there was a fan in the closet. If I'm ever back in the Denver area, definitely going to stay again!

Exactly what it says

This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! The owner was VERY easy to work with, and made an extra effort to be sure the path was salted (winter), and it was super clean. So impressed.

You Aren’t Alone

I didn’t realize that the area you rent is part of their house and you will hear them. You also don’t have access to park in the garage or the driveway. There isn’t a kitchen, which I knew ahead of time. Give the shower 2 minutes to warm up. Hot water will come.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Check in was seamless. I arrived after 10pm and departed at 6am and never saw or heard from anyone. This was my first contactless stay, and it was superb. Everything was very clean. I was glad I packed my own shampoo and conditioner because I didn’t see any. I did enjoy the coffee and a granola bar before leaving. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Rest Stop for Road Trip

My boyfriend and I were traveling from Nevada to IL with our two dogs for the first time and needed someplace to stop to rest for the night without going to a hotel (our dogs are very shy around new people, so a hotel would have been a nightmare). Had front-door access to a small foyer with a mini fridge and keurig/coffee, a bathroom with shower (good size), and a bedroom that could comfortably fit two medium sized kennels. There was also a spot around the corner that we could walk the dogs to, it had a station with poop bags and a trash can. A bedroom fan and small tv were also available. Nice neighborhood with a lot of dogs. Overall very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!
