Historic Denver cottage in walkable area near Anschutz, Children's Hospital, Central Park. Washer and dryer, central AC and heat, steam shower, 2-car-garage w plentiful, free street parking. Up to 3 dogs-no dog fee! Fully-fenced backyard w dog door-it's not lovely and landscaped, but it is a good place for dogs to use! One-month minimum, must be 25 to rent-unless w parents.
