Needing a bit of adventure? This home is surrounded by Lookout Mountain hiking trails, the historic Buffalo Bill grave and homestead, and allows easy, convenient access to both i70 and Clear Creek with downtown Denver a mere 20 minutes down the hill.

Needing an easy day? Historic Golden is right around the corner boasting arts, breweries, history, haunts, and many unique dining options sure to satisfy any well-seasoned foodie. For something a little more authentic, we encourage you to book an evening at The Fort restaurant just up the road in Morrison, Colorado.

Thinking of staying-in, well no Colorado Mountain home is complete without a patio and ridgeline view. Cozy up by the fire pit, stargaze, and enjoy the cool, crisp mountain air. The spacious layout and fully-equipped kitchen are perfect for a little light entertainment or movie night. And don’t worry, we didn’t forget the kiddos. The backyard is kid-friendly with a large tree house providing hours of entertainment and adventure

Gas heater is allowed during winter months.

We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance for this property. As it is a mountain home, no refunds will be issued for adverse weather including (but not limited to) hail, snow, mudslides, or other "Acts of God".

ADDITIONAL PET NOTICE: Should you plan on bringing dogs, we will require breed and weight details. There is a non-negotiable 2 dog max for this property. Owners are required to pick-up poops prior to departure. No cats.

Parties & other large events are prohibited by owner.

Baby utensils, high chair and Pack-n-Play are available for little ones at all Namastay properties.

FINAL NOTE:
We respect our neighbors and properties. If we receive a call from neighbors, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home YOU WILL BE CHARGED an $800 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS. We take great care in maintaining our home for guest and want the home to be enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

Great! I accidentally left a very dear photo of my family member at the vrbo and host was gracious enough to take it to my friend's home after we checked out!
