The room had no trash bags in the trash. Water you turned up all the way as hot as it would go as it wasn’t hot to shower in. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Easy and fast fix.
Staff are awesome. The breakfast is amazing. Different egg bites everyday there and they were soo good. The breakfast is one of the best.
The hotel is very nice and the staff I spoke to were very friendly. However, I was not informed that they had breakfast and I didn’t find out until the second morning of my stay when I was leaving for the day. It would have been nice to know. I don’t know what other amenities I missed out on while I was there. I also had an issue with the lights in my room turning on or off whenever the neighbors slammed their door (which happened often). The walls were super thin so I got to listen to the family next door one night of my stay which was not great. But it was very safe and comfortable for a solo female traveler. I had a horrible trip and never plan to return to Denver (not the fault of the hotel) but if I ever did I would stay there again.
Wonderful customer service, lovely spread for breakfast, complimentary happy hour, well designed room with kitchenette/couch/desk/bed areas, and very reasonable pricing. Only downside is that they’ve started charging for parking since I was there last.
I would highly recommend this property for families. The king suite with the fold out double bed is perfect. Parents have a good privacy and kids have their own TV and sitting area. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a rotating specialty bar with pancakes, French toast, omelettes.
Property was clean, staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing! Parking was super easy. Hotel is easy to get to, convenient location. Really close to the mall and other restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.
Just a quick overnight trip and I am glad we picked this place. The small pool was fun for kids, the beds comfy, and clean rooms. The staff were easy to work with, kind and helpful. Close to the 470 and I-25 interchange making it an easy off and on stop with plenty to do in a short distance.
Staff was very attentive and welcoming. My room was very clean and spacious. There are plenty of places around to eat and drink. I'll definitely stay here again.
We we only spent the night, but the bed was comfy, room was nice. Breakfast was good and they went out of their way to get us ice for our water bottles.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Breakfast was great, staff friendly, quiet, good location. I had an issue with the bathroom- the shower needs work as there was mold (or what appears to be mold) on the grout and it appears the pan on the bottom of the shower floor is separating from the shower wall. Not good. I don’t have that growing in my own bathroom at home, so why would I pay to stay in a place that has that? Disappointed in cleanliness of the room although I liked the set up. I probably would not stay here again
This was the first time I stayed at The Element Hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was very, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff kept the tables very clean, always had enough food and was there to assist with anything you might need. I would definitely choose to stay there again.
When I walked in the room it had a funny smell and didn’t look very clean so I had to disinfect and clean it. Could be I’m just a very clean person. The front desk were very short and weren’t too friendly. And weren’t up front whenever we went to the desk. We didn’t have breakfast we made our own breakfast in the room. There were so many kids everywhere, running down the hallways screaming early in the mornings and late at night the first night of our stay. The second night was a little quieter and peaceful. There were kids in the gym unattended by an adult so we didn’t use the gym when we wanted and the pool looked cloudy and slimy. The bed was amazing we got really great sleep and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. In the future, but maybe trying another location. We had a hard time asking for fresh towels and sheets and things we needed in the room from
Housekeeping because no one spoke English.
