We made a trip to Denver last year and stayed in a not so pleasant hotel. This trip was so much better. Very nice staff, especially front desk(we were very late checking in), breakfast was very good, nice staff again, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, pillows were nice.....overall a great stay. If we're in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

The dining area was very clean and the good choices were great. The bed was comfortable and it was nice that the maid service made the bed and gave us clean towels between nights. My dislike was the bathroom. The towels seemed old and worn. There was hair on the floor by the toilet. The shower drain was clogged so I stood in standing water in the shower. Yuck!

There is construction going on right in front of the property and it is hard to get to with limited parking - even though they charge $15 daily for parking.

Good restaurant options near the property. Efficient Shuttle service runs dot on time. Friendly staff. I did complain about the couple next door that was having a huge fight in the night that woke us up. Manager said she’d move us to a different room but luckily the couple had checked out so our second night was peaceful. Breakfast was pretty decent. Kitchen staff does a great job ensuring they don’t run out of coffee or the popular items. One of the days there was a spillage and they ensured the entire area was cleaned up in no time. If I visit the area I’ll stay at this property.

Upon check-in I was given the incorrect room and the staff checking me in did not inform me or ask if they could give me a different room from what I paid for with my reservation completed 18 days prior to my stay. Upon going to the room given to me and returning to the desk, I was told they had no king rooms left because a few other rooms on property had air conditioning problems. After starting to walk away unhappy, the female staff member started making condescending comments to a man standing at the back and end of the chrck in desk. In the nature of oh well and that is what you are getting. I was extremely upset and angry over this treatment and unprofessional behavior as well the rude comments. This treatment of horrible customer service from the staff member has completely ruined my experience with booking through expedia and using Fairfield inn & suites by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park. I would like a resolution due to this horrible experience.

Very “updated” but still old property where you can listen to the other guests in the rooms next and above you all night long. Even just walking will sound terribly loud. Not worth for the price tbh.

The rooms were amazingly clean and quiet. The gym was fantastic, as were the pool and breakfast. I was able to shuttle right to the airport and back. Very happy!!

The hotel itself is very nice and nice staff. The only thing I was most disappointed about what having to pay $15 a night for parking. One of the reasons I stayed here instead of downtown was so I would avoid paying parking fees. It's a great hotel, with a very nice breakfast, and nice staff.... but paying for parking here is really not a good idea.

The area is great for food options. My sheets were dirty (not stained, but dirty, used a wet napkin to wipe off some dirty spots on the sheets. No shopping within walking distance for toiletries or supplies. Walmart is only about 8 minutes away driving. Some food options for purchase near the front desk. Free breakfast had cereal, pancake batter and waffle iron, bagels and muffins. Fruit, yogurt etc. Only 6 minutes from Denver international airport rental car lots. Outside the hotel area was allegedly sketchy, but I went for walks and didn't see anything bad to confirm that.

I was only at the hotel for a 6-hour night layover so I was tired. I would have slept longer but the heating unit woke me up at 4:30 sounding like a the marble in a roulette wheel slowing down when it shut off. I could not get HOT water in the shower which was rather disappointing. The bed was soft and bumpy and I prefer firm. BUT it was a place to sleep for the night before my last flight home. I usually don't write reviews but I think the Marriot could have performed better.

I stayed one night. The room I was staying in was clean except the towel that I happened to take first, which had stains on it. There were plenty of other towels so it wasn't a problem for me as a single traveler. A little more annoying problem was that the bathtub faucet was not working properly, splitting water flow between the tap and the shower. Staff extended courtesy by means of efficiency rather than smiles, which I suppose is better than the other way around. The area is convenient for a single night stay, the hotel advertises free shuttle to the airport which is extremely convenient except that it is overbooked. Upon arriving at the hotel, it is good that I inquired about it myself out of caution, because it turned out that I could not get the time in the morning I preferred, so I had to take an hour earlier. Even that one was overbooked to the point of one lady siting in the lap of another. The driver was dropping luggage into the water covered areas on the surface in a manner which made it hard to conceive it was not on purpose. Consider larger vehicle or added vehicle at peak times, or carpooling with the sister hotel across Pena. Breakfast was decent.
