This unit is fully furnished including all furniture, housewares, internet, utilities and assigned parking space. Includes a small desk with internet speeds up to 1 GBPS (download speeds vary by device). A fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island with plenty of seats. The living room contains a 55 inch Smart TV, while the bedroom contains a 42 inch Smart TV. Both TVs are plugged into a DIRECTV box.

Want to explore downtown? Staying in downtown means being close to everything. Take a 9 minute walk to 16th Street mall to shop or a 9 minute car ride to Coors Field to catch a ball game. If you brought your own ride, you’ll have a designated parking spot in a private parking garage (7ft clearance).
