Home was fantastic. It met all of our needs for my family. Host communicated very well with me and I felt that they really cared about us having a great experience. Checked up on us regularly for leading up to and after the stay, Home was conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store which made it easy for us.I would recommend this home and do plan on using it again my next trip to Denver.

Perfect place for a group

We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and lovely spaces in and outside. We loved playing shuffleboard and horseshoes and darts. We appreciated all the quick responses to questions and suggestions from the hosts.

Lovely home and good location to get around town!

The house was cozy and clean! We loved lounging in the backyard, it was a nice little oasis for drinking coffee in the morning. Great location for getting around to hotspots in town. Very happy with our stay, thank you!

Great location close to everything

We came to visit my son who is a student at University of Denver and this location was absolutely perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We also loved hanging out in the garage playing shuffleboard. Cool bonus!

Perfect location Wonderful place to stay!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our out of state group. We were here for a brief visit and wedding. The house was conveniently located with easy access to shopping, major highways, etc. Great Bagel shop around the corner plus grocery store across the street. We loved everything about this house and would recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.Owners were great communicators and provided everything needed.

On the upside of this property, the hosts were very responsive in their communication, the basement area was newly updated and nice and there were four bedrooms and two sitting areas--plenty of space. We didn't use the backyard only because of the weather, but it looked nice. The mattresses were also comfortable and we appreciated that. The downstairs bathroom is especially pleasant to use. The downside was, first, the location. It's important to understand that it's across from a Safeway and gas station and essentially in a commercial area. The upstairs bedroom windows look out to brick walls (that's your view) which were to buffer the traffic noise from the major thoroughfare. I think the hardest part for us was the living room. It's narrow and the furniture is not just cheap but old, dirty, and uncomfortable. We considered gathering in the downstairs sitting area which has a newer, cleaner couch, but it faces the TV so was hard to visit with each other (face each other) in that set up. The host did warn us before we arrived that the larger oven wasn't working but the small one would, which was the case. But the small one is so small it didn't actually fit any pan or sheet in the kitchen. Overall, the hosts were very nice and if you need four bedrooms this could work, but it's good to be forewarned about the other aspects of this property.
