So experience was really nice. Staff were amazing then you get to pricing I live in Colorado and in no shape does pricing reflect Colorado they gouge you with every single item that they sell from nine dollar fruit to $16 drinks pizzas that are extremely expensive to say, they are thrown in them Fast microwaves they not only charge you for hotel room which in the high 5 star range. They also charge you parking and extra fees so a $400 room is always nearly 460. I would recommend staying away from this hotel as it has amenities for a few days only and the pricing does not reflect what they have. if you’re planning to use a waterpark go to a proper waterpark because the price you paid just for the parking you would pay for the waterpark in Colorado. I would recommend if you do stay at this hotel the food and restaurant go externally. They’re far cheaper an take cash if you plan on paying that way.

Our room was not ready until an hour and half after check-in at 4:00. Andy told me “4:00 is not guaranteed check in- just time they try for.” Front desk staff were rude, condescending, and not helpful. I have texts and recorded conversations as evidence of the extreme unprofessionalism displayed from Andy. My husband was working or I would have sent him to follow up on our room after 90 minutes past checkin. I felt like Andy was very condescending to me because I am a woman. He kept a smirk on his face the whole time I was trying to figure out a room situation for my family. This review is unfortunate because the resort was beautiful, clean, and our dinner was exceptional. The only negative was the late check in and the extremely rude front desk staff- Andy.

It is a great place to stay . The staff was very friendly and attendive . The only thing , I didn't like was the pool hours . It was a great experience and would return again someday !

I booked this because my 5 yr old was out for spring break and we wanted a place that had heated pools. This place was perfect. We made the 6 hour drive to CO and was amazed at how huge this place was. We saw the pictures online but geez, this was massive and very impressive. The only thing that we wished was taken care of more often was the cleaning of the pools/lazy river and whirlpool. The algae on the side of lazy river was grossy gross when my foot touched the side of river in an attempt to get off my tube. Yuck. The seating area around the whirlpools also needed a good scrubbing, they were pretty brown and you could see the difference from other parts that were clean. That was my only complaint about the resort. We ate at the sports bar and enjoyed our meals there. We will definitely be back and hopefully pools are cleaned :)

We had to check in sort of late due to our kids’ games. The front desk was short with us and not too friendly. The “elite” Marriott guests were treated quickly. We were not aware of the large amount of construction in the main lobby area so that was very disappointing as it was closed off. The pool closes at 9pm. We asked to watch wrestling on one of the small TVs and were told that typically isn’t aired because of “violence.” This is NCAA college wrestling by the way. Food was super expensive and over all, everything was overpriced for the experience.

The stay here was fine but after I returned home I realized I left something in my room. I called the hotel three different times and each time I got the run around and they finally admitted that after five days they still hadn’t cleaned the room I was in so they didn’t know any items were left. They couldn’t be bothered to check my room for the item and even though I offered to pay for having the item shipped to my home they just didn’t seem to care since they seemed so unorganized. Poor service in that area.

The Hotel is amazing! But they have to work on food options. We were with four little kids and all the options had HUGE lines! Another suggestion: for a hotel this big, they should have a kids room with toys for them to spend some energy. The Arcade Room is nice but it is all eletronics and paid fun.

This property is amazing, huge, gorgeous, lots to do. Especially for families. The customer service is incredible. Ryan went above & beyond in helping me with a situation I had, and Jose & Brett from maintenance were so nice and helpful I was so grateful for their help. We had a great experience at this hotel. Would definitely return. The only complaint I have is that the food everywhere is not good. We ate at the pool food stand (so-so), had the room service (eggs tasted like plastic), and ate from the Asian restaurant (the hot food was cold and the sushi was warm). None of it was very good at all. But other than the food we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend

It would have been nice if the staff would have informed me at the time I made the reservation about the extensive maintenance being done. So. Much. Christmas. Bah Humbug. More like So. Much. Closed. Totally not worth the price for a room when most of the restaurants/bars are closed.
