Great little place close to CSM

We were in town for parents weekend at CSM and enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. The location was perfect for us and accommodated our family beautifully. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! We have a student at the local college and the location was perfect to walk to his campus and to downtown Golden. It was comfortable, and plenty big enough for my wife and, my high schooler, and even my college student to spend the night (one slept on the pull-out couch). And Dean (the owner) was super helpful in offering advice on things to do and just generally being responsive to any questions we had. Will absolutely be staying here again.

The property was very clean and included very comfortable accommodations. The property was peaceful and quiet with the view from the front being a view of the golf course/park. Love this place!

The owner has built a beautiful little apartment above his garage with big windows looking out at the mountains. We have stayed there twice. It’s very clean and the kitchen is so conveniently usable.

My son and I enjoyed our stay while attending concerts at Red Rocks. Great location for both downtown Golden and Red Rocks. Comfortable living space with lots of natural light and views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower and great deck seating (also with view). Also appreciated Dean's hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay. The space isn't huge, but that didn't matter as we were outside most of the day and really only spent time there at night. Everything was very comfortable, the check in instructions were clear and we found the place with no issues.

Beautiful views, cozy, and very clean! The deck was lovely to enjoy the mountain views anytime of the day, especially with a cup of coffee in the morning! Very quiet area, easy 15 minute walk to downtown, and the host Dean was super helpful with local tips and amenities! We saw two shows at Res Rocks and location was perfect for getting there. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay for your Colorado visit!

This property is a hidden gem! It’s only 15 minutes from Red Rocks and comfortably slept 4 adults so if you are going to a concert or hiking/visiting Golden or the surrounding areas I would definitely recommend you stay here! Dean is an awesome host!

We had a lovely time in Golden, especially having morning coffee on the patio looking at the foothills. The house was clean and well appointed, easy to find and access. Great location, Golden was so cute and fun and 15 minutes from Red Rocks. We highly recommend going tubing!

We truly enjoyed staying at the little house. The place was immaculate and the beds were quite comfortable. The host was in touch several times to check if we needed anything during our visit. It was quite close to downtown Golden and just 15 minutes to RedRocks where we attended a concert. We loved it!

Comfortable, clean and relaxing home base in Golden

We had a great time at the cottage. It was perfect for my wife and I and our son. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked with extra towels, bedding and kitchen basics. Ideal getaway

I loved everything about this apartment. The view is spectacular, the location is convenient to the main stretch of restaurants and shops plus practically on the MINES campus. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are comfortable. We watched a movie on the big tv every night. Great spot to hang out!
