The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

This is the second time my wife have stayed at this property. It is an excellent location. Easy access to Red Rocks and downtown Denver. It is just as described and the owner is very responsive.We will stay here again in the future.

Spring break

This was a great location. We came for our kids spring break. We went shark diving at the downtown aquarium, girls salon day, and then a day at the zoo before heading back home. This place was perfectly located for it all while still being able to enjoy the quiet at the end of the day.

A 2 night stay with husband and adult grandson, this was a convenient and comfortable stay for us

The description of the apartment on VRBO was accurate. Comfortable, clean and convenient. We took a quick trip to Denver to go to several Rockies games. The rental was very close to Coors field, which was wonderful. The host was quickly responsive when we asked to check in early, as we completed our drive quicker than anticipated.Thanks for a comfortable stay Glen and for being responsive!

Great spot near to Tennyson-area

Chose this property because it was close to the Oriental Theater that was hosting a show we went to on New Year's Eve. It's a nice little place, perfect for us and could easily have accommodated another couple, too. The neighborhood is easy to navigate, safe, and convenient. It was clean and we had everything we needed.

A Great Highlands Spot

Multiple stays at this quiet property on a terrific street. Easy walk to local stores and shops, and easy access to all of Denver. We will be back!

Great location- walking distance to everything you’d need, food, restaurants, dispensaries etc… It was near 100 degrees and did not find it too warm as some other posters had mentioned. There were two fans in each bedroom and a/c in the living room. Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show

This was exactly what we were looking for! Great location and access to Red Rocks. Inside was very nice. However, the Driveway was overgrown and kind of limited packing / unpacking the Truck we had.
