Nice hotel and amenities. Close to airport and shuttle runs 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is not much soundproofing and person walking above me sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling stomping so hard.

Overall a great stay.

It was clean quiet and modern. Beautiful room, all your apps on the TV. Nice bathroom with a great shower. Also, less than a ten minute drive to the airport.

Trip was easy, had a diversion from a flight and needed a last minute hotel near the airport. very clean, easy check in, room was nice and quiet and clean. Only issue was there was a fee to park in the parking lot. That is stupid.

Location was very close to the airport with lots of food options near by. Hotel was very nice and clean. I went to check in to the hotel at 2:30pm and was intentionally ignored by the woman standing behind the counter. When she finally acknowledged me she informed me in a very rude tone that I would have to pay $50 to check in before 3pm. No explanation or other words were spoken as she went back to staring at her computer ignoring me. We left and came back 30 minutes later and were thankfully greeted by a very kind woman who had only been working at the hotel for a week. First impressions matter, and unfortunately ours was not great.

Mostly great!

The comfort of the room was great! It was clean and bath products were great! Only problem was the noise from either outside our room or above us. They were noisy til midnite! Good gravy! If I would have known the rest of my room was still awake, I would have gotten up and banged on the ceiling or opened the door and told them to knock it off! I kept thinking they would stop! I guess unless the hotel is not having an employee walking the halls, you wouldn’t have know about the noise. But wow! Those folks were rude. Walking heavy footed and or bouncing a ball! Ugh!
