Courteous and professional staff. Clean, modern and comfortable room. Pool and spa were clean and in good working condition with plenty of towels. Good breakfast options. Highly recommend the property.

It served its purpose for a short trip. Free Breakfast, taste ok, not great. The pool area is nothing to get excited about. If you need extra stuff like towels and bedding you must go downstairs and get it yourself. A few staff ladles are not very welcoming.

The room was very clean and decorated exquisitely. Everything had updated features, and the bathroom was amazing. The manner in which the toiletries were displayed was very convenient. Hot breakfast which is provided was delicious and it had a staff member present to assist if necessary. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is convenient to everything in Castle Rock. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was checking out. We had requested a late checkout and it wasnt conveyed to the next shift. As a result our keys were cancelled before we were ready. Inconvenient but fixed quickly.

When we first got the room one of the beds had blood stains on it. But when brought up to staff they were quick to fix the problem and brought in a new mattress! The view of the mountains from the room was amazing!

The room and facilities were very, very nice. Cinnamon buns were overcooked, but that is minor. The staff was excellent - especially Thomas, the night auditor. My husband was lost in the area, very tired and sore from helping our daughter move into a new apt. We are in our 80's (I was at hotel). Thomas not only gave him directions but stayed on the line until he was safely back. He went up and beyond and we are so grateful.

I use the hotel for business travel.Check out time is 12 noon. At 8 am, house keeping agressively banged on the door wanting me to vacate so they could clean the room. This is not why I stayed there. I had work that I intended to do before I checked out. I had to do my computer work in the car. The guy at the front desk thought this was no big deal. Thank you Jerry for your feedback. I do apologize you felt housekeeping was trying to get you out the door. We have guests that leave without checking out so housekeeping has to knock on the doors before going in to verify the room is empty. In the future calling the desk to let us know you will be in the room till checkout time so we can communicate that to the housekeeping department would keep them from knocking on your door. Again, we do apologize you felt rushed to leave and wish you the best in your future travels!

A staff member was extremely rude to our teenage daughter and her friends who were there for a gymnastics meet. She yelled at them to “get out of the pool” 2 minutes after it closed instead of asking them politely. She then literally chased them down the hallway in order to come track us down in our rooms to alert us. Not to say they shouldn’t have gone out immediately at closing, but to be rude to them just because they are teens is not acceptable. We will stay at the best western across the way in the future where they value our team giving lots of business to their establishment.

I looked into the situation you mentioned and found that we were also getting noise complaints from the girl's room and also, they had been running in the hallways. This would be why the clerk was looking to find out who they were here with. I do apologize if she came across as rude or anything to your group while you were staying with us. That was not her aim she was trying to keep the environment cohesive for all guests to be able to relax. we wish you the best in your future travel!

Hotel and rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast had fresh eggs, sausage, and egg white omelets, as well as several cereals, yogurt, pancakes, and juices. My only small complaint was that the bed wasn’t super comfortable and there were no sheets for the pull out bed, which we really didn’t need.
