Home 2 Suites’ location is perfect for easy access to the highway bypass to get to Red Rocks Amphitheater, to the airport and to the I-25 heading South. The breakfast offered a great variety of breakfast fare!!! Omelettes, waffles, oatmeal, danishes and fresh fruit. It was fantastic. Target was just a block away. Great for groceries. Also there were many restaurants in the vicinity.

The housekeepers were awesome and the room was perfect, it has all the amenities you would need for a longer term stay as well as the shoppette in the lobby

I got charged a smoking fee when I never smoked in the room. They said there was crumbs on a table and it was ash when no smoke was going on in the room. There is video surveillance of my partner and I outside in the parking lot if any smoking went on. They are charging me for something that is not true.worst staff ever

The staff was very helpful at the front desk as well as housekeeping. My room was never cleaned the whole 6 day stay and was pretty messy when we got there (mold and hair around toilet/shower, sheets smelled stale). I kept exchanging towels and sheets with housekeeping and took my trash out a few times. The breakfast situation was a mess and needed a full time attendant. Always out of coffee. Unfortunately it was a great location but won’t ever stay here again.

Sprayed some sort of pesticide in the room, I had a allergic reaction. I used to stay here all the time, now will not be anymore

Dirty hallways. Main floor had food on the carpet. The food was never vacuumed for the two days I was there. One room had a bed that the mattress sagged in the middle.

Worth it !!!
Room is always super clean and kitchen is well stocked with plates ,bowls ,ect bathrooms are great and good showers Beds are the best part super comfortable and soft best place to stay at for work fun or just needing to get away for a night or two

There were several items left by previous guests found just under the edge of the bed. Dirty socks, a used baby bottle and toys. The sofa is stained and dirty as well. All of this makes me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Unusual for a Hilton property. I normally don’t complain but it seemed out of character on this stay.

This room is well planned out from the kitchen, office space, living room and bed. Everything I could think I needed from toaster, colander, utensils and blow dryer was there. Sparkling clean with new everything. The bedding was new and fashionable. The heated pool and gym and meeting areas in the lobby was very nice. The morning breakfasts was fantastic. Loved the Belgium waffles & breakfast choices. The front desk & all the staff were very pleasant & helpful. I am definitely staying here again!! Thank you!

Eco Measures Not Customer Friendly
Sadly, we can’t highly recommend this hotel. The shower and tap water never got even mildly warm so, in essence, a cold shower. And toilet didn’t sufficiently flush so each time it had to be flushed twice. Maybe it’s their eco-green policy but irritating to guests. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. But the staff was very helpful and kind and they had a great breakfast, much better than most.

Lots of Vagrants hanging out the entrance of the property. As soon as I stepped out of my car I was approached by one asking for a cigarette, he even walked inside casually to help himself to whatever he needed for free. Made me feel unsafe in a way staying there. I loved my Room and facilities though! Breakfast was mediocre.

Poorly lit surrounding. Rooms were not kept clean. My bathroom was not properly cleaned, grout was stained. Couch had lint and dirt and was unwelcoming at best. Did not have the energy to stay my 2nd night. Checked out and left for another hotel (Marriot) which was cheaper despite the obviously superior quality.
