I live here as a temporary situation, and I like staying here because of it's proximity to my job (by the airport), places to eat, and transit. It's a quiet community, for the most part, of people who work, some with short stays, and others like me who have made this our temporary home.

I booked on line knowing it was non-refundable, that said I would have driven off once I saw the condition of the building and room if it were refundable. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT IS FILTHY AND BEAT-UP. Literally duct tape on the furniture, mold in the showers, grease on the walls in the kitchenette. The electrical makes strange and dangerous noises. Empty beer cans, cigarette butts, and what I assume is vomit in the elevator. In 40 yrs of staying all over the world this is the worst place. The only silver lining is the front desk clerk and the overnight security that have good and professional attitudes. (I hope they get hired somewhere else that will appreciate them)

Standard low price motel room, but pretty dirty and run down. After walking in the room in bare feet and then taking a shower, I could see the dirt swirling around my feet from the floor. The refrigerator leaked water, and the "stove" is basically a hot plate mounted in a cabinet. The wifi was good though, and the room was pretty quiet.

This is an ok place for me, as I’ve been dry camping in the desert for a week. But I would not bring my mother or children. I use the stairs and here they are very dirty. Not just bags of trash in the stairwells, but a thick layer of grime on the floor and going up the walls. I truly wished I had access to a pressure washer. Just gross. But they focused on the important thing-my bed had bright white and obviously very clean sheets and covers. The bed was comfy. The heat worked. So I slept well, which is what you need after a week in the desert. But lots of not so good. The door had been kicked open in the past and didn’t latch well. The lights didn’t work. The stovetop was pulled up from the counter. The sink had no stopper.

While the staff was kind and welcoming, the place had some flaws that were made my stay annoying. Such as the keycard not working multiple times and not being able to take a shower due to the water only trickling out. After asking the staff multiple times about this, they would not move me to another room or attempt to try and fix the shower. No discount or other accommodation was made. But it was a place to stay for my short vacation and those were the only two issues i had.
