This place was filthy, and I had a lot of evidence of crime! I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and knew I would have to pay for one night because it was after 3 PM but I still have not received my refund

Came in at 8pm to check in. Nowhere in Expedia was saying checkin being 3 to 7pm. Nobody was there. Place was closed. Called the emergency number, they said too bad , I am loosing my full $380 stay . Expedia don’t wanna do anything about it. Dealing with bank now.

It was right off the 6 highway. The other occupants kept to themselves. My bed was missing the comforter but the other bed in my suite did have one. The staff was kind and helpful. The conversations in the hallway could be heard in my room.
