Just as cool as the pictures!

My friends and I had a great time here even though it was just for the night, everything is very clean, and the basement/backyard is really awesome! No complaints from us here it’s great for kiddos and adults!

Great place to stay

This was a great house to stay in. It was comfortable and fit our large family well. It was close to the event we were participating in and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to contact and always got back right away answering my many questions. The family enjoyed the jacuzzi, many TVs, kitchen, and back yard. We would recommend this house for sure.

Great spot close to Arvada downtown!

Had a great stay at the movie house! Clean, comfortable beds, great back yard for hanging out, perfect hot tub! Well stocked spice cabinet!! The 7 of us had plenty of room! Joe was very responsive and helpful!

This house is very accessible to grocery, shopping, restaurants etc.. delivery service is available also. The house is on a busy street and noisy but they provide a sound machine and it did help! No garage so be prepared in case of storms. The bedrooms are themed, very cute!! Ice maker and water in fridge did not work. Beds are not comfortable but maybe padded mattress covers would help that. Water pressure was just ok… Hot tub wasn’t working properly with jets, but was hot and relaxing anyway. I did notice dirt and sticky substance on the kitchen floor and was not clean under the front room bed. Just needs to be cleaned better. The movie room was great! There is a couch and 2 chairs so it not for big families unless you spread out on the floor. Needs a sound bar down there so you don’t have to turn the sound way up. Hopefully suggestions help make it even better, I would stay here again if these items were fixed. Also needs a deadbolt lock on the front door. The communication with the owners was fantastic. It would be a 5 star if these items are fixed.
