    The home features beautifully designed sleeping spaces, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private enSuite bathroom, comfortable queen bedrooms, a private Garden Bedroom, and a full third floor retreat that can be used as an additional bedroom, lounge, office, workout space, or quiet escape. Guests have plenty of room to spread out, rest, work, gather, and enjoy the home without feeling crowded.

    The primary bedroom suite is spacious and elegant, with a large TV and a beautifully upgraded enSuite bathroom featuring an antique clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, closet, and private toilet area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, closet, TV, cable, and access to a shared updated bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, a built-in desk, TV, cable, and access to a large private balcony with a fire pit overlooking the backyard.

This space can function as a private bedroom, lounge, office, workout area, or gathering space. The third-floor spa bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub with multiple settings, a full shower, and bath amenities designed for deep relaxation, muscle relief, or settling into a peaceful night of sleep.

    The main living and dining spaces are designed for connection. The large dining room has a table that seats 6, with enough room in the space to comfortably seat up to 12 for family meals, celebrations, private dinners, or special gatherings.     **Pet Policy**

    We welcome approved dogs with advance notice. All pets must be disclosed before booking and approved in writing.

    Pet fees are as follows:

    One approved dog: $250 per stay
    Two approved dogs: $400 per stay
    Large dog over 50 pounds: $350 per stay
    Long stay over 14 nights: $500 pet fee
    Monthly furnished rental: $750 pet fee, plus an additional refundable deposit when allowed by the platform or lease

    Maximum of two dogs. No puppies. No cats.

    Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated. Guests are responsible for picking up all yard waste. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond the pet fee, including damage to floors, rugs, bedding, doors, yard, furniture, or landscaping. Undisclosed pets are not allowed and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the stay.
