Parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. I wish there were a few more fruit options besides apples. The kitchenette in our room was nice to have although we didn’t really utilize it as we were only there for one evening. Would book again in the future

The price is the winning point here. I'm keeping in mind that it was like half of what we would have paid for a place downtown proper. The room was decent and clean and the beds comfortable. Room smelled a bit musty and weird but we got over it. Breakfast was good too. Only complaint is that I picked this place based on Parking thinking it was not only available but included in the price. This was not the case. You have to pay Denver Park $16 to park in the lot in front of the hotel. Just FYI. Otherwise good options.

I was very impressed with this hotel! Props to the management and staff! Considering the affordable price and neighborhood, my expectations were not too high. I highly recommend staying here. We were going to a show at the nearby live music venue The Junkyard that is 0.6 miles away and knew we would be drinking at the show and so didn’t want to drive back home. Booking a room at the mainstay suites ended up being a brilliant choice as we were able to walk to And from the venue (20 minute walk one way). The Room was clean and had great amenities, including a full-size refrigerator. The queen size bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (included in the affordable room price) was legit! The staff at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and great in general.

Building, staff, common areas, and room was very clean and well maintained. It's a little trickie exiting the parking lot as there is a quick U-turn if you're making a left onto Federal. Breakfast was a great value! Pool on-site but we did not visit. Staff was super-helpful. Overall a great value!

I brought my dog and they were very welcoming. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable and clean. I was worried about it being “downtown” (I’m a CO resident and know downtown Denver…), but parking was ample and it was a safe-feeling area.

Overall i liked my experience of staying in the hotel. The fist room the assigned to me has a little smell of weed but as soon as I told them they changed my room and I the new room was completely clean and smell fresh. Overall for their price they offer a good service. I wish they kept the coffee machine working till 10-11, though. Not everyone is a morning person

I was disappointed with the room we received. I expected a larger space. I have stayed in other Suite hotels and I have experienced much nicer, more comfortable spaces. We needed the pull out couch for sleeping and it was so uncomfortable it was almost unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel nor make a reservation with you again. However, your staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful!
