Modern 5-Bed, Clean is Priority

Close to Mile High Stadium, Denver Convention Center, Sloans Lake, and Highland Square. Built in 2016, 4-level, 5 bed, 4.5 bath duplex, 3,500 sq ft, a beautiful open floor plan, and 12 ft accordian doors in the great room opens up to a private courtyard. The primary and loft bedrooms both have private decks w/ city skyline views. The roof top has a living room w/ a wet bar and a west-facing deck with mountain views. The basement is complete with a theater room, bar, kitchenette, & gym.

Two very important rules:
1) Cigarette smoking is absolutely prohibited on this property - that means NO SMOKING INSIDE or OUTSIDE.
2) There are not to be more than 10 people on the property at any time, unless you have been given prior consent.

If you are observed breaking these rules, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Denver law prohibits short-term renting (VRBO) a house other than a hosts' primary residence. In other words... this is my home and I live here. This is not just a rental property. Please treat it accordingly.

*Please note: There are two outdoor motion-decting security cameras on the property that will be on and recording both audio and motion during your stay. One is monitoring the front door and a second is monitoring the backyard/backdoor of the home.

Excellent Denver Stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed Val’s place. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 10. Excellent location, close to downtown. All the amenities we needed. Street parking was easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again for group trips to Denver; highly recommend!

Conference Stay

This property was ideal as it offered each adult their own bedroom and bath. It was only a short distance to the Conference Center as well as other amenities and the property is exactly as featured in the pictures. Very nice and comfortable.

Small Bachelorette Party

Our group got together to celebrate joint bachelorette parties and had a wonderful time at this property. It is absolutely gorgeous, super cleanly and a quick Uber ride to downtown. It was a great trip made better by an awesome place to stay!

Guys Trip - “March Madness”

We stayed three nights to attend basketball games at Ball Arena and a basketball watch party in downtown. With 5 bedrooms the house was great, the basement is like a separate apartment. Valerie is a fantastic host, would stay again. And for the kid in you it’s an Easy trip via scooter downtown.

Terrific House

Beautiful home! The neighborhood is quiet but still an easy walk to nearby bars, restaurants, parks, etc. The home owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall, would highly recommend!

Great for a big group getaway

The property was clean and spacious for a large group of friends to enjoy during a long weekend. The house is central with access to great spots in the city both within walking and quick driving distance. We enjoyed the outdoor space and common areas in the house and communication with the host was seamless.

Great place to stay

This house is incredible, very clean, very quiet and comfortable. Since there’s five rooms, and could attend a large number of attendees, it would be great to add additional seating in the living room. But other than that I have nothing to say, just great.

Graduation celebration

Our stay this past weekend everything we hoped it would be. The house was perfect for our family gathering. The location was great, a few miles from downtown. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood! Host was fantastic and accommodating. It was even a nice surprise to met her on our departure. 8 family members stayed comfortably and especially enjoyed the outdoor space on a beautifully, warm October day. We walked to local restaurants and the stadium. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion!

Perfect stay for a summertime Denver weekend

We spent June 20–22 with a group of seven adults and could not have picked a better home base. Even with Denver pushing 100 F all weekend, the AC kept us cool and comfortable. Valerie gave us a heads-up about the heat wave in advance and her communication—before, during, and after our stay—was great.The house itself is exactly (or better!) than the photos. We loved hanging out in the courtyard at night; the string lights and landscaping make it feel like a private oasis. Inside, the kitchen is stocked and thoughtful extras like sunscreen and bug spray saved the day for the few of us who forgot.Location is spot-on: Sloan’s Lake is an easy walk, the mountain views are gorgeous, and we found an incredible breakfast spot nearby (Syrup—go, you won’t regret it). Check-in/out was smooth with clear instructions. Only tiny nitpick is that the touchscreen lock can be hard to read in bright sun; physical buttons might be more user-friendly, but hardly a deal-breaker!Overall, we highly recommend this home and would happily book it again for our next Denver trip. Guys trip to Denver

We had 7 guys from across the country meet in Denver for a guys trip. The house worked well for us. The house was very clean and in a good location as we went downtown a couple of nights and hung out around Sloan Lake the other night. There are 4 different levels on the property so not a ton of space for a group of our size to hang out together but it is hard to find a 5+ bedroom home in that location with a more open floor plan. The property came with lots of rules, but for the most part they were common sense (I guess not for everyone or the rules wouldn’t be there) and not hard to follow. There was great fitness equipment for people who enjoy working out. I would rent this property again.
