The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the refrigerator compressor is insanely loud, and there’s a vent directly over the basement bedroom, so it actually woke me several times per night. Otherwise, everything was great. Quiet neighborhood. Good location.

Great for Families

Lots of space (as pictured) and plenty of toys for little ones. Location is close to the highway, Olde Town Arvada and 20 minutes to the city. Definitely a great spot for families or groups.

Great place to stay!!

Nice house for all 7 of us! The beds were comfortable. The back patio was a nice relaxing area. With 3 living rooms none of the kids or adults were ever cramped for space.

Very comfortable, well stocked, quiet neighborhood close to old Town Arvada

Great place for families. We wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughters who live in Arvada and this was perfect! Stayed for 9 days! Great grandparents visited for 2 nights, kept our 11/2 granddaughter for 4 nights. This place was perfect for all ages.

Great place with plenty of space for everyone. Equipped with everything you'd need. Within walking distance to multiple stores, restaurants and a park. Love the whirlpool tub!

Love this home! It fit all of us perfectly! We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and family came in to join us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location

Perfect spot for our group. Easy drive to red rocks and airport. Not far from some mountain drives and Idaho Springs. The local spots for food and brew were superb and CLOSE. 1.5 minutes to Walmart. The house is clean and well stocked with plenty of everything you need, dishes / cookware/ towels/ shampoo/ toilet paper etc. plenty of space to spread out with multiple tv’s and living space. Secure garage parking. Something we are picky about is water pressure for showers and this place is great in that dept. The heat is a little touchy to get right with beds upstairs and in basement but workable. They provide fans. And be advised there are plenty of stairs. No ground level beds. Not an issue for most but could be, so be aware. Host provides fantastic communication. Overall it was a great choice for a great price with zero complaints.

Family wedding and vacation

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to our wedding events and trips to Denver, Golden, Rocky Mt National Park and Idaho Springs. The house was very room with different living areas making it great for a larger group or family. They did supply bathroom essentials but in small volumes so you would want to bring your own if staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of bathroom towels were available. The sliding back door was difficult to figure out how to lock. We were able to lock it but it doesn’t work like it should. The listing also said it had a ironing board but it was not functional and we had to use a sheet instead. Coffee maker is for K-cups. They did have a coffee supplies but it was grounds/filters. Overall a great rental and would stay here again. Walmart is less than a mile to get all your supplies when you arrive.

Great home to stay in!

We were in Arvada for a softball tournament. This home was centrally located to all the ball parks. It was also convenient for shopping and restaurants. The home itself was comfortable and nicely furnished with many thoughtful touches and supplies. We especially appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage with all the equipment we were carrying. We highly recommend this rental!
