    Enjoy a newly remolded full guest suite with private entrance!

    The House In The Pines offers a new kitchen that is perfect for making those post hike meals as well as a new luxury & high end master bathroom!

    Wake up in nature and enjoy the amazing tranquility of being nestled within 100 foot pine trees and amazing backyard foliage!

    The unit is a walk out guest suite with private entrance, private bedroom, private bathroom, private kitchen, private living room and spare room.

    No stairs are needed for entry or used within the space

    The House in The Pines Shared Spaces:

    The laundry room, gym, and backyard are shared spaces with myself and my wife. We will coordinate as needed to ensure your privacy during your stay.

    ** Guest Policy**
    We have a Strict 'No Outside Guest' Policy on the property and outdoor spaces. The space is designed for the number of people who booked on the reservation maximum and are registered guests for the stay ONLY. Penalty of up to $250 per person per day**

    ** No Pet Policy**
    We have a strict NO pets policy on the property for allergy reasons of the owners and for our other guests preference. Penalty of up to $250 per animal per day

I truly enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is warm and wonderful. I love all the deer that room the yards. The place was very comfortable and roomy and had all the necessities that I enjoy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Parker Retreat Guest Suite

The property is in the heart of Parker. Our Vrbo was in the same neighborhood our relatives live in we were visiting, so it was perfect for us. The area was quiet with mature pine trees everywhere, which helped to give it a retreat like feel. We enjoyed our stay at this clean well equipped guest suite, and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
