This new luxury townhouse is modernly furnished with new appliances and furniture. Huge balcony and comfy patio furniture for 6! The townhouse is conveniently located only 9 minutes away from Downtown Denver, 30 minutes from Boulder, and 45 minutes from the Mountains! Close to most major highways with easy access to everything Denver has to offer. Community has a private park, brewery and a coffee shop all within a 2 min walk. Excellent stay!

Great property - just as advertised! Easy to check in and out, and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of lines, and spacious rooms.

Cozy townhome

Great townhouse that is clean, modern, comfortable and conveniently located. Nicely furnished and great neighborhood with fabulous breakfast place within walking distance. We hope to stay again when visiting Denver!

Our stay was good however, I never read anything about the flight of stairs you had to take to go upstairs or downstairs to use the restroom. The main level was very comfortable and sitting outside on the balcony was pleasant. Our host was very good in communicating and we were within 20 minutes of our many destinations.

Fabulous stay!

Quick girls weekend away and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place was clean, spacious and the location was great! 3min walk to a delicious breakfast spot and it was ride share friendly to many nearby activities. We would definitely book again our next trip to Denver!

Nice stay near Denver!

Place was clean and host communicative. We had all that we needed. Convenient location. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that the large windows in the bedrooms let in a lot of light from the neighborhood at night. Bring a sleep mask!
