Denver visit

Had a great stay in Denver in the Newly Built Guest House. It's near our family so we've stayed here 3 times now! It works out well. Thanks for sharing your space!

Perfect Little Stay

Clean, bright, and adorable little guest house in Denver’s Baker neighborhood. The vaulted ceilings and skylights made it feel bigger than it is, and the whole place had a chill, private vibe. Check-in was seamless, so we never saw the hosts—though they were super helpful and responsive. We visited in July during a heatwave, and the AC worked like a charm. The full washer and dryer came in handy, and even though there’s a plethora of cute restaurants and bars nearby, the kitchen had everything we needed when we felt like cooking for ourselves. Great spot all around.

They need to do a little touch up paint here and there and replace the island as its unstable and creaky but otherwise a great place. Nice quiet neighborhood while still being centrally located

Cool neighborhood

We are a couple in our 60's. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurant/bars, plus we were within a 20 minute walk of the train stop. Uber/Lyft were readily available, and everything we needed was within a short drive. VRBO is a little deceiving, because you enter through an alley, but it's a very comfortable, quiet 1-BR bungalow. Enjoyed our time in Denver!

Amazing Location and Fantastic Property

Stayed with some family to experience South Broadway. This apartment was the perfect size, was in a great location, and was immaculate. Would stay here again in a heart beat and can't recommend it enough. Seems like the owners take really great care of the space and it shows.

Fantastic in every aspect!

Very clean, bright, cozy but spacious and had everything we needed! Parking seemed like it was going to be iffy, but we always found a place really close to the house. The location was great and we would stay there again!

Great experience!

This unit is just as advertised, clean and cozy. The sky lights let in such great natural light and don't impact me in the morning since I try to be up before the sun anyways. For those looking to sleep in, just pack an eye mask! The owners are very friendly and the location is great if you're looking for walking distance to some of Denver's greatest spots while also being safely tucked away into a neighborhood.

Great Denver stay

Great property! Very clean and modern. Heat /AC were controlled via remote controls and took a bit to figure out. Same with the window shades. Otherwise very happy with out stay.

Lovely, modern, and spotless apartment in the Baker neighborhood of Denver

Visiting our two adult daughters in Denver, we needed a place that was close to both of them, and this peaceful accommodation was perfect! Being above the owner’s garage behind their back yard worried me, in terms of privacy, but our entrance was from the alley, and we never felt like we were bothering the homeowners or they us. All in all, it was a perfect solution to our needs, and I would not change a thing!

Denver stay

Overall our stay was awesome. Check in and check out was seamless. Although the parking pass was missing we were still able to park around the neighborhood. Relative location was great just a bit confusing with the entrance listed as an alley, especially late at night when we arrived. The only real issue was the wifi. WiFi was either weak or not working however we managed without it. We stayed with our 10 month old daughter. Ended up bringing a pack and play b it they had two already there and a peanut for changing which was so awesome and unexpected ! Everything was clean and beautiful and the coffee was delicious when we made it in house one day. Would def stay at again

Denver Baker area

A beautiful tiny apartment above the garage. Very high tech, almost a bit too much as some if it was confusing. The floors were quite cold because it was over a garage. The bed was fabulous! The only real negative was the alley entry was a law suit waiting to happen. Extremely icy. You had to walk so carefully to not slip and fall.
