Golf trip to the Denver area

The property was very spacious, with a very large living area and huge kitchen. We had a group of 7 golfers with access to several great golf courses within 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable, check in and check out were very easy, neighborhood was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Came in for a family wedding. This house was spacious and in a very nice neighborhood with lots of shopping nearby. Nice walking trail right out back. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our ultimate frisbee team stayed here for a tournament in Aurora. Lots of space for hanging out, we cooked some good dinners, and enjoyed the big comfy couch in the living room.

The house worked just fine for our primary need (multiple bedrooms). Although not all rooms got used, the many bedrooms sure helped us house several groups of family members for a wedding. Everything was functional and the location provided quite a bit of parking. The grill on the patio can stand to be upgraded but we were able to cook inside for entertaining the day after the wedding.

Great place to stay with many areas of the house for privacy including a large family room, 2 smaller rooms on main level, and a large office/living room downstairs with the 3 twin beds BR. Large kitchen table for 8 with nice patio off the kitchen for outdoor space.

Family Gathering

The house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed! It was a place for our of town family to rest and unwind during a busy graduation weekend. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer all our questions/requests. The extra living space in the basement allowed the younger cousins a place to sit and talk away from the older adults and the new baby. We had a great time.

Working out of state

I work away from home a lot. In this case, we were working out of state. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented. Work didn't go according to plan. We had to extend our stay on 2 different occasions and Gene was very helpful in making that as painless as possible. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. This house had everything we needed. We cooked almost every night either in the kitchen or using the BBQ. Gene made us feel right at home. If we ever go back to Denver for work, Gene will be my first call.

Spacious Home and Gracious Host

Large house with plenty of space in a lovely neighborhood. Close to a main thoroughfare to the side of the neighborhood so you can hear cars on the road at night. We enjoyed the trails daily for walks/jogging. Wi-Fi and A/C worked well. Kitchen was spacious and had the basics. The host was easy to message at any time. Our whole group enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!
