Quick access to I-25, C-470, and I-70 makes exploring Colorado a breeze. Close to Swedish, Craig, and Littleton hospitals. The Denver Tech Center is just 10 minutes away, and you're only an hour from the nearest ski slopes or Colorado Springs! The University of Denver is 6.8 miles away. The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Pack and Play crib available as well as a high chair that fits on a chair. Main floor bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. Dream kitchen with gas stove and everything needed to cook meals when you want to stay in. Cute breakfast nook and separate dining area for 4. Cozy living room with a television and electric fireplace. The basement has an additional 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and desk and one with a futon. Huge living room with super comfy couch and television. The basement also has a room to stretch or practice yoga. Additional bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower. Utility room with full-size washer and dryer. Great Vacay

This was our first time to Colorado and it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Not only was Colorado amazing but this house was too. Very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too!

Awesome place!

My wife, 2 young kids (3 and 1) and myself spent 5 nights here and could not have picked a better space. We especially loved the basement and going to nearby parks. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Red Rocks Weekend

Great space with plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, great living areas upstairs and down. Nice central location for our plans while visiting the area and an easy drive to Red Rocks. Plenty of dining and grocery options nearby.

Perfect getaway

My wife and I were in the area for a quick anniversary getaway and this was the perfect home away from home. Convenient to the things we wanted to do, super comfy, fenced backyard for our pup… Super responsive hosts. What’s not to like? Definitely recommended.

Felt like home

We loved our stay! It was clean and well stocked with almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Everywhere we needed to go was only about a 30 min or less drive. It was a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having their own area downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Daughter’s wedding and vacation

The property was perfect for my family. It was clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to be able to cook in instead of eating out. Plenty of shopping nearby. Near the wedding site in Littleton. Though Denver is a great city, it was nice not to be in constant hubbub.

Convenient Littleton Location

Met our needs for long weekend. House and fenced yard was a lot bigger than we thought. Yard great for our dogs to roam safely. Convenient location to most of Southwest Metro area. Bring all of your own bathroom supplies!

Wedding

We stayed in the house for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great. Near to everything. Very walkable neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my daughter’s dog. My only comment is the mattress in the twin bed room and downstairs , I was told we’re not comfortable and creeked. Otherwise awesome rental.

Wedding in Denver

It was a lovely place. I loved the open concept that allows you to see everything from the kitchen. The downstairs couch was very comfortable. The washer and dryer are excellent. The downstairs in general was a great private area for our son, his wife and their babies. The entire house was very comfortable and in a good location. We appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. I would recommend this house to a family that likes to be together and yet enjoy their own space. usIttouch.touch.though

Colorado grad vacation

I came to Colorado to attend my graduation. I brought friends and family with me and stayed at this beautiful house perfectly located from shopping and easy access to anywhere you may want to go. It was nicely set up, had everything anyone would need for a stay including a pack and play for infants! The house was clean and the yard was kept up with. It had tvs with many streaming services not that you would use them with everything so conveniently close by. It turned out to be an amazing stay in comfort and style on a budget. Far better than multiple hotel rooms and definitely convenient with the ability to use a full kitchen. The stove/oven was also a huge perk of the house!

Family stay for wedding day

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. We were staying here for 3 nights during our son's wedding. He lives in Littleton and that's where the wedding was so the location was ideal. Everything was modern and clean with the pack and play we needed for our granddaughter. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Initially we had a hard time finding the pack and play since there was actually a complete one and 2 partial ones but they were in different closets so it was confusing at first. Eventually we found the actual one and all was good but when arriving late in the evening, it was a bit frustrating. Other minor things were the queen mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were a little worn and the floors were VERY creaky. Not usually a concern except when trying not to wake a sleeping baby. Kitchen was well furnished and we loved having the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available. We would definitely stay at this house again.
