Step into this meticulously designed 1-bedroom artist loft where every detail reflects the creative vision of Leslie, a Colorado artist and award-winning landscape designer with 25 years of expertise. This isn't just a rental. It's a curated art experience.

Leslie left virtually no element of this historic 1890 flat untouched during her thoughtful renovation. From the striking black granite countertops to the carefully selected brass bathroom fixtures, from the hand-textured plaster walls to the authentic loft design with soaring 10-foot ceilings. Every choice was made with artistic intention.

The space comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the open loft-style main area and a murphy bed in the private back bedroom. You'll find a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work, while the living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a charming retro refrigerator, full oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home cooking.

The real masterpiece? Your private backyard sanctuary featuring custom Mesa Grey flagstone patios, a picture-framed outdoor sofa area that feels like a living room under the stars, stylish pergola, and professionally curated plantings. Add a private hot tub, tranquil bird bath attracting local wildlife, and multiple seating areas, and you have an urban retreat that showcases 25 years of design expertise.

Located in Denver's RiNo District, you're steps from the award-winning 39th Avenue Greenway. This hidden urban green space is one most locals don't even know exists. Accommodating host with excellent design and decor taste. The place was both uniquely vibey while remaining functional for those who are traveling. This has been one of the best places I’ve stayed in Colorado and hope to return next time we are in town.
