We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire home with a private entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Entry is secure and easy with a keypad lock. You'll have access to a backyard/patio, grill, parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.


As the sun sets behind the Rockies, string lights twinkle above the rooftop patio where you can sink into lounge seating and watch the neighborhood quiet down. In the morning, step outside to the fenced backyard, sway in the hammock with coffee in hand, and listen to the calm of Sloan’s Lake just a short walk away. Evenings invite you to gather around the grill, share a meal at the large dining table, or simply enjoy the fresh Colorado air from the balcony.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide restful space for up to twelve guests. The primary suite includes a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom features a king bed with room-darkening shades, while the third offers a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and rooftop patio access, and the fifth is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. With two full bathrooms and a half bath, everyone can get ready for the day without waiting.

Outdoor living
The rooftop patio invites you to start the morning in the sunshine or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. Out back, the fenced yard provides a hammock, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture for meals and conversation under the open sky.

Kitchen & dining
Inside, 2,400 square feet of living space includes a renovated kitchen stocked with cooking basics and upgraded appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Share meals around the large dining table, or head to the living room for a movie night on the flat-screen TV.

Family & convenience
This pet-friendly home makes travel easier with thoughtful touches: a pack ’n play, high chair, and board games for children, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink for longer stays. A dedicated workspace with desk, chair, and monitor supports remote work, while reliable WiFi keeps everyone connected. Comfort features include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets and pillows.

Safety & access
The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple, and both free onsite and street parking are available.
