Check in was a breeze and staff was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette with full size fridge was so useful. Probably the best part of the room. Breakfast was just ok. Good cereal choices and eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes. Did NOT like that there was a $5.00 charge per day for parking.

Sonesta ES is my go-to place to stay, regardless of where I travel. I LOVE the fact that I can cook an entire meal and then wash all the dishes in the dishwasher. It's a fully equipped apartment with a gigantic bed as well. The price was an OUTSTANDING value and was the cherry on top. Close to all necessary amenities and very, very quiet.

The Hotel Sonesta Suites was pretty good. There were polite staff available when we needed them. The check-in process was smooth, and we extended our stay with no problems. The room was clean and comfy. Parking was good; no problems with overcrowding. There was a laundry room, clean, I might add. The breakfast was not perfect, but it was sufficient enough to get something in your stomach before the day. I would definitely stay here again.

The room needed a lot of fixing. The shower was terrible. It would take forever to drain so if two people needed to shower the second person had to stand in dirty water while showering. The Dishwasher was extremely loud. The dining room chairs were awkward and easy to trip over. The breakfast was pretty good except for the pancake maker that kept on not working properly. I was very disappointed in this place.

The breakfast and location were amazing. The air conditioner was soo loud that it would wake me out of sleep off and on. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. The person who was next to us you could litterally hear everything and I felt like there was no privacy! It was constant coughing, burping, snoring, loud TV and detailed conversations to people he spoke to on the phone or in person. The room was a little run down, but not terrible. Did find a huge spider and beetle in our room. The pull out couch mattress had a lot of stains on it. I had higher hopes for this place and maybe we were just dealt a not so good experiance.

I appreciate the staff regarding helping me with bringing down the cart for my luggage. Also giving me a first floor as I overpack and it is easier with a first floor. The kitchen adds bonus as I don't have go out to eat.
