The good news: The room was great. It was a suite with a separate bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast provided. The gym was small but efficient.The bad news: My room faced the street and it was noisy at times. And speaking of noise at around 1 AM it sounded like loud stomping above me. Quite loud. I would recommend staying in the 4th floor if you stay at this hotel.

Everything about the room and size was awesome. Location was great. The cons for me was the A/C. I was told at a certain month the Thermostat is set at at a temperature Sonic you put it below 69 it just blows the fan on. You basically can’t control the temp in your room below that, so someone who likes it colder than that, good luck. It was hot and miserable.

As the front desk manager, she went above and beyond to take care of every request and quickly resolved any issue that came up. Yer was always friendly, patient, and professional. She truly made us feel at home and cared for. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making guests comfortable and happy. We’re very grateful for her kindness and excellent service.
