I am exceptionally pet-friendly with a big fenced yard for your furry pals and a cozy patio and fire pit for the humans. I'm in a walkable neighborhood, steps from coffee shops, restaurants, and Odell's brewery! Just a short drive to downtown Denver and half a block from Denver's largest lake, Sloan's lake. Ready for mountain adventures? I-70 access is easy from this location! The perfect place if you’re looking for easy access to Pepsi Center/Ball Arena or Mile High Stadium / Empower Field / Red Rocks / Downtown Denver
