Excellent accommodation. Close to the airport but no noise from the planes. Hist was very welcoming and breakfast was great. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Stayed a couple nights but barely left our room when we were at the property. Place was great and the staff is super nice. There is a smoke room and hot tub that are part of the common area for your 24 hour use which is cool. Recommend for anyone not trying to stay in the city but want to be fairly close. Quiet peaceful and relaxing.

Its hard to find the words to explain the magic going on at this place. Masami and Ken are about the sweetest humans alive! I felt welcomed and safe. I highly recommend this place. Adults only and 420 friendly were just a few of the perks of this remote location. The views were amazing as well.

The host and his friendly dog made up for the surprise off roading experience on the way to the b&b. We were told the roads had washed out years ago and the county keeps teasing to fix them. What a shame. This is a lovely place and very relaxed atmosphere.

The room was very comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They were flexible with our late check-in, made arrangements regarding their dogs to ensure we were comfortable, and even prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us. Their thoughtful hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

This is a unique beautiful quiet property away from the hustle and bustle of life. There is a tasty restaurant about 15 minutes away. The owner offers reasonably priced shuttles if needed. Enjoy!

Ken and Masima were amazing. We had never stayed at a BnB so they set the bar. It felt like home. Oliver the pup is welcoming to. A very welcoming atmosphere away from “home”. Other guests were the same. The BEST/fresh breakfasts ever. I’m stealing Ken’s Recipes.

Summit Villa is a wonderful place to stay that offers more personality and character than a regular hotel. It's a little off the beaten trail but you are rewarded with peace and quiet and beautiful vistas. The property owner and manager were welcoming and helpful and the room and attached private bathroom were clean and comfortable. It's an easy 30 minute drive to Denver Airport, I will definitely stay there again when I'm flying to CO!

We were leery about a bed-and-breakfast, but it was absolutely amazing!! The people there are very accommodating and friendly. Very peaceful with a great view. Hot tub was relaxing! There wasn’t one bad thing about this place!!

This is one of the best place for accomodation if you are travelling Colorado. Ken was awesome host as he toured place, made a delicious breakfast and did not hesitate us in communication. House was super nice with everthing included like hot tub, karaoke station, tv and all you can think of. I would definitely go here again when I go to Colorado

This place is awesome and unique!! Every room we walked into was inviting and told an amazing story. Our room was nice and clean and was stocked with all the toiletries and amenities at no extra charge. The hosts were super nice and helpful with whatever we needed and they even serve a made to order breakfast every morning. The downstairs laundry room and kitchen had everything we needed to wash and dry our traveling wardrobe and make our own coffee and food that accomodated our dietary needs. This palace is a little ways out of the city but that was one of the reasons why we booked this gem and we will definitely book it again! Thank you so much for everything! We absolutely loved staying there with you!

The Summit Villa was excellent. The house was very good and spacious with all amenities. Ken was an excellent host, explained everything, and made sure we had no issues. The sunset view was also excellent.

The breakfast was hot and all fresh food! We got to pick our preferences the night before. The host was very friendly and available for all questions as he lives there too. Felt very safe and close to the airport and good restaurants.
