It was a spur of the moment decision to stay at Summit Villa, which turned out to be a great choice. We had planned on seeing a band at the local bar, so didn’t wanna drive back to Denver afterwards. We ended up missing the band, which didn’t bother us at all because we were having such a good time just hanging out at the BnB. The place is very well kept, and clean and they offer a ton of things to do at the property. When we visit again, we will have to impress our hosts with some karaoke.

Our stay at the villa was so much fun! Ken was super inviting and kind, the other guests were nice and respectful. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom we loved the blue room which had a balcony where we could watch fireworks and the sunset.

Tool a chance on this BnB outside of Denver, and we weren't disappointed. Ken the Owner was a gracious host, and the accommodations are clean and comfortable, with a surprising number of amenities. The price is unbeatable. The only constructive criticism I'd offer is that many surfaces, both in our room and in common spaces, needed to be dusted. I would stay there again, and I highly recommend.

The owners were extremely kind, and the room was WAY too cheap compared to how they treat you. If i ever went back to visit colorado, i would go out of my way to book here again. Tldr; cheap and luxorious!
