The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Security cameras are placed outside (front of house), in the foyer, and in the garage. Check yourself in easily with keypad entry.

Though it feels secluded, the home is only 20 minutes from Denver International Airport and close to local highlights. Explore Barr Lake State Park or The Wild Animal Sanctuary just 11 minutes away, or head into Downtown Denver in about 45 minutes.

FISH CARE: Every Tuesday, a technician will stop by feed the fish and clean the tank. They WILL enter the home with a code.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
FIREPLACE: Please note the fireplaces are NOT operational.
