We were coming as a family to put my moms ashs to rest at Fort Logan.
It was greay having our four adult kids with us and be able to have family time together
The house was located near everything that we needed.
Would highly ry
The Cowboy Cottage was a perfect weekend get-away for our multi-generational family. My mother-in-law was able to get around easily without needing to climb stairs, while the twenty-something adults could hang out downstairs and stay up late playing games without disturbing anyone. The house was uniquely decorated and felt very cozy. The kitchen had all the needed housewares and supplies. We even got to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. The check-in and check-out process was so simple and the property manager was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
Walkable to downtown Littleton. Very nice neighborhood near elementary school. School bus depot was a little loud during certain times of the day but otherwise a very nice street and tranquil location with a working, clean hot tub. Nice kitchen and good layout with plenty of common space. Had an issue with sleep member bed in Master bedroom that was kind of a bummer but the management company was very responsive and ultimately provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Would stay there again (assuming the bed issue was resolved).
This house was perfect for us. Myself, my husband, two adult children and a grandchild stayed at the property. The house is beautifully appointed. Plenty of room. Nice room darkening curtains. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were very glad to have the baby equipment. One suggestion: Put a baby gate in the house. There's a long stairway with no door to stop a toddler from falling. We borrowed a gate from relatives. The backyard was very nice as well. We didn't use the firepit, but it was lovely. I will definitely stay there again when we visit Colorado. Air Simplicity was extremely responsive. I received responses to my comments and questions immediately. The keypad entry was very convenient.
Everyone came for Son's wedding including new granddaughter. Perfect house for large group with basement rooms proving quiet retreat for little baby and her parents. Lots of hang-out space and well-stocked kitchen (unusual at places that even brag about having a well-stocked kitchen ;-)Location was central to everything we had to do in a quiet neighborhood. Even found a lovely walking trail to enjoy nearby.All-in-all, a perfect spot.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The communication was quick and responsive. We appreciated all of the kitchen supplies and extra amenities. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!
We had to find a place to stay, short notice due to flooding at our home. They were helpful hosts and the house was everything we needed. Thanks again!
Everything was as advertised, everything that needed to be supplied was. No complaints at all in that regard. Communication leading up to the rental and during was great. The hosts even provided the fixings for s'mores. The one thing that caught me off-guard though was that the management company charged a separate credit-card processing fee of approx. 3% of the rate, which I have not encountered on other VRBO bookings. I don't recall this extra fee being transparent during the booking process, but I could be mistaken.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The cleaning crew stayed inside the house for 20 minutes after check-in time. When I shared this with the property manager, I was gaslighted - the cleaning crew says you arrived at 3pm and the property was available at 4pm - gee, thanks. The kitchen smelled of onions and the refrigerator had a very strong odor of onions that infected any fruit, etc. that we put in the refrigerator.Speaking of the refrigerator, during our last night, the refrigerator made a loud, humming noise. About 4am, the humming escalated to about 55 dB. We could not sleep through the noise, so we left.I let the property manager know that I expected consideration for the late check-in which resulted in the gaslighting attempt. Clearly, AirSimplicity wants your money and is transactional in its business model. There was also a 20 foot long post and a lot of dog waste waiting for us in the back yard. Oh and the people who put the garbage cans in the garage did so at 9pm.
The space was decent for 12 people as listed. However there were only enough dishes/linens/towels for 10. Air simplicity did drop off more with a nice gift basket the following day. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned as well as the bath mats washed. It was difficult to communicate with an agency.
I definitely spent too much time expressing my disappointments and needs regarding the rental, that took away from visiting with family.
Nicely sized house for a group of friends made up of 6 adults and 6 young kids. Good location for us (close to more friends), but also a short drive to grocery, restaurants, a few nice playgrounds and sights. Very quick response from management company, and easy to get in. Only thing that could make it better would be a house pack and play perhaps, but definitely doesn't count against it! Thanks!
You Get What You Pay For: No frills, clean, safe, workhorse of a house
PROS: The house was located in a nice, safe area. It was listed as a five bedroom with three being on main floor and two being converted rooms in the basement. Mattresses were super comfy memory foam. There were some nice updates and amenities, many looked to be IKEA so quality was average, but definitely aesthetically nice. The basement level had some nice games and we had fun playing a couple. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to get coffee, which we really liked doing in the morning.
CONS: property manager was literally noncommunicative. It was blamed on some glitch with VRBO (not so). I started calling them directly. I did not get my deposit refund for 9 days after my departure, (unheard of. They were not returning any of my phone calls but they DID respond via Vrbo (even tho they blamed them for a glitch?). Only when I informed them that I contacted my attorney did I get my refund immediately. They followed up with a phone call and sudden communication which I appreciated but honestly, it should not take any of that. The time that I spent working on getting my security deposit back was exhausting and unnecessary, and I would highly caution anyone using this company to book anything. (We were hardly at the house and left it spotless.)Their reasoning is that they only process refunds on Fridays. Perhaps it’s high time to change the policy or to clearly state that somewhere so people are well aware of that policy. Instead, the communication that they sent via Vrbo 2 days after my departure was that my refund would come in 24 hours. I even called VRBO and they tried to help me call the property manager, but to no avail. Vrbo was great and wasn’t the problem here. AirSimplicity was very difficult to work with.
House CONS: All the pillows had no protectors and were poor. Each room had exactly ONE bath towel per person, and there were no extras to be found in the house. No bath mats for showers. The second bathroom is in the basement and that shower does not work well or get hot. The lighting is poor throughout the whole house. Basement bedrooms are dark and a little creepy but definitely quiet. One is cinder block and is under the stairway, so not for the faint of heart. Front door is tricky to lock. All of these comments have been mentioned multiple times in the guestbook. Clearly the management company encourages comments and feedback but it’s all for show.
In summary, my title says it all: you get what you pay for.
Great place in a kid friendly neighborhood near parks and restaurants. Our boys loved the foosball table in the basement. Kitchen has new appliances and everything we needed to cook at home during our stay.
The location was perfect and my family really appreciated the king beds! The kitchen was supplied with what we needed to cook a couple meals. Everything went very smoothly.
Great place to stay with plenty of room for seven family members. Beds were comfortable. The rental could use some seating and a grill in the backyard, another pan or two in the kitchen, ice trays and seating at the table for more than three. With that in mind this place would be perfect!
The house was very clean with plenty of space for everyone to spread out relax. We each had our own room. There was a living room upstairs and a large space downstairs with a huge TV and very comfortable seating. The house is not far from the freeway and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Great stay!
Our family stayed here and found it a comfortable, easy house. The kitchen was well supplied with good appliances, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and in good order. There was a snow storm, but the steps were cleared quickly. The agent overseeing the property was easy to work with and helpful. The house helped make our holiday a good one.
Very nice - will more than likely be back in the near future. Would have been nice to have some wash cloths in the bathroom for showering. Otherwise, great property
