Loved it!
We loved this property! Christine is professional and friendly. We loved the back yard and the house was bigger than I thought. Really appreciated the kitchen and all the supplies. The grill was a great plus too. Definitely recommend.

Red Rock Relaxation Retreat
Cool house only 20 minutes drive to RR. Very clean & host provided snacks. We will definitely come back to this psychedelic duplex next time we go to a concert at RR. Lot of room w/ comfortable beds, plenty of blankets & pillows. Comfortable couch & very quiet neighbors. We didn’t go outside in the back due to weather snow/rain while we were here but looks like nice spot for a bbq or just chill. Host was responsive & friendly

Amazing property
This rental was everything listed. The home was clean and well stocked. I was in town looking for permanent housing in the area due to taking a job and relocating from Texas. I needed to extend my stay and the host was very accommodating! The yard is a beautiful relaxing space and was perfectly pet from my dog that I was traveling with. I would book this space again or recommend to a friend.

Exceptional Property Owner/Host!
My husband and I originally had reservations for the 2023 winter holidays made with the previous owner, which were automatically cancelled a couple of weeks prior to our arrival when he sold the property. Imagine our shock and panic at not having a place to stay during a large family gathering locally, and with 4 family members flying in to stay with us at this property! Thankfully Christine, as the new owner and host of this property, stepped up immediately, and made our reservation happen quickly and seamlessly, and with two extra days available at the beginning of our stay. Christine is the best host I've encountered in all my travels and VRBO stays! Thank you Christine. The house was roomy for 6 of us and our two pups and a good location close to local attractions. Although advertised with a separate dining space, there is just a wine bar table in the kitchen with chairs for two. Not a problem as we made do. The backyard looked amazing even under snow and was a safe enclosed space for our pups. Despite the cold we had a couple of fires in the fire pit and enjoyed the outdoor ambiance with the water fall in the background. The house is somewhat outdated, but the living room was outfitted with comfy leather couches and a large coffee table great for playing games on. Artwork was a plus.

House was comfortable and homey, hot tub was nice. Had an issue with hot tub but the caretaker, Morgan, was able to fix it quickly so we could use it for the remainder of our stay. Really liked the location. No cleanliness issues at all. Found everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful property! Beautiful, large fenced in backyard that was perfect for our furry friend. Clean and relaxing hot tub. Great location, it was a quick walk to downtown Littleton. Property manager and caretaker were great to work with and respected privacy. Highly recommend this home!

Love this place!
Older property and less updated as it shows in pics, but it’s clean, cozy and comfortable! Couldn’t beat the price for being only 20 mins from Red Rocks…hot tub was clean and warm, waterfall and general ambiance in the backyard was amazing. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful place
This was a quirky, quiet place with plenty of space for our party of 4 + pets. The place was within walking distance to biking/running trails and to restaurants and bars. The backyard was a perfect place to relax after a long day and we all thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The only tiny knock on the place is that we didn’t realize 2 of the bedrooms were downstairs. It worked for our group but this might be something that would be a show stopper for others. Also, if you are tall, watch your head going down the stairs! :-) I still give this place 5 stars. Great experience!

Picked this house due to it's closeness to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Didn't spend a lot of time here but the house was plenty big for our group with ample places to sleep. Nice backyard for a morning relax.

It was fun exploring all the nooks and crannites in the backyard finding little hidden treasures. There were six or so bluejays that came to bath in the water feature around noon both days.

Fun Girls Trip House!
Went on a girls trip and stayed in this home. The backyard is straight out of a story book - the vibe is unmatched. Inside is nice and big and could accommodate several people looking to explore Denver and surrounding areas.

Stayed here to be close to Red Rocks for the concert. Turned out to be better than expected. Quiet backyard for being so close to traffic. Would definitely recommend this to others. Only drawback was backing out of driveway onto main road.

Dreamy backyard
We absolutely loved this space and would recommend it to anyone needing a lil escape from the hustle and bustle of regular life. The backyard was a dream with the in ground hot tub next to the small waterfall. We did yoga every single morning out back and loved it. The inside was also lovely and the host seemed to have everything we needed! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

KC Concert Crew
This is our second time at your property, and it NEVER fails to impress!! 💞 We love the close vicinity to Red Rocks, and pleased that the drive to Boulder was so quick! The decor has to be our favorite! Love all the concert posters and pictures! And outside...... the most beautifully peaceful sanctuary. We are sad to see the property for sale as we would definitely have booked this again next year for our annual pilgrimage. But we are all Grateful for the opportunity to have such a chill place to call home for our holiday! Thank You for your hospitality ✌️

Fantastic back yard!
Perfect location for us visiting family in Littleton. Easy in and out to anything in the surrounding area. Loved the back yard especially with the patio, hammock, waterfall feature, hot tub, grill, etc.

Overall it was a good stay. The only negative was the front door was sticking badly when we were there. There was a note apologizing but it was still nearly impossible to open the door from the inside and from the outside you had to hit it with your shoulder. Other than that we enjoyed the backyard and our dog did as well. The bed was comfortable and although we did not use much, everything seemed to be well stocked. We also were able to walk to downtown Littleton easily.

Outstanding place!!
Hooked up with my son and some friends for some shows at Red Rocks. LOVED the place. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We could see Red Rocks on the horizon- a quick drive to the venue!!! Lots of character with all the old school band/event posters hanging throughout. Very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and good entertainment system. Also a lively zen setting in the backyard. Great energy. The waterfall, hammock and hot tub were nice amenities. The only feedback I would give (and it doesn’t affect my rating considering what a groovy place this was) is that the hot tub could have been about 5-8° hotter and the window AC units were a bit on the noisy side. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back for my next show. Owner was very accessible and clearly a nice guy.

We enjoyed the laid back accommodations and the beautiful surroundings in Littleton Co. Very close to Red Rocks park and amphitheater. The house met all of our needs and could easily accommodate more than just 3 adults. We will definitely visit again.

This property is perfectly located to walk to Littleton and the train. The backyard is great. Unfortunately the Denver weather did not cooperate but would recommend if you want to visit Littleton town because it’s so convenient and unique.

A fun and funky stay!
This is a very unique property that had me thrown immediately back into my high school teenager living in a Midwest split level days in the best possible way, lol. The home is huge and could sleep I don’t even know how many comfortably, it was clean, would suit kids to fun older people, had lots of clean linens (the beds are Great) and kitchen things. The location is in a nice spot if you’re hopping between Co Springs and Denver. Go try Toast restaurant for breakfast!!

Christmas Vacation 2022
Great home base while visiting family for the holidays. The hot tub was a hit in spite of the extra cold temps. We baked Christmas cookies and grilled a nice dinner on the outdoor grill. The property manager lives next door and even shoveled the snow from both the front and back walkways and driveway. Very nice young lady!

Perfect oasis in a perfect location
The home is spacious and has everything you could need. We stayed with a 4 year old, 4 month old and our dog and it was perfect. The backyard is an oasis and has inspired me to do some landscaping back at home. It's super close to downtown Littleton and a great launching point to explore all of Denver and the surrounding areas. I'm pretty sure Kevin special ordered one day of snow for us in the middle of our stay. I don't know how he arranged it, but it was a perfect. We'll definitely be back.
