Quiet neighborhood and very close to Olde Town Arvada. My daughter and I had a nice weekend and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. Beds were very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure

Very clean in all areas. Kitchen has necessary pots/pans, cooking utensils, but missing containers for leftovers or picnics, at least 8 spoons and forks, as well as bowls and plates. Ample supplies on hand. Bring your own washcloth if you shower with one.
