Great place nice and roomy. The pets and family enjoyed it. The kids rode bikes in the neighborhood and the backyard was great! Grocery and restaurants nearby and a great park nearby. Safe, well lit, and lots of blankets and kitchenware. Nysa is great and responded right away to all my inquiries.

Great colorful home

This is the perfect home for a short or longer stay. Just like being home. Well stocked kitchen, extra comfortable beds, wonderful outdoor space, abundant choice of games and easy access to I-70 and I-76 as well as grocery stores (and urgent care for us). Nysa was great communicator. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Friendly host, perfect house for two families with kids and dog, and a safe neighborhood for walks. We cooked meals so the proximity to grocery store and kitchen amenities were outstanding. Basement space and outside area great for kids too!

Wow, just wow! The house was fabulous! Super clean! House had a clean smell! It was decorated so nice! Everything my mom needed for her stay was there and ready! Bed was comfortable and the back yard is great for your pet. The communication with the host was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly! We would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!!!

Mini-vacation

We needed a place close to our fun weekend activities of Waterworld and the Denver Zoo and this sweet little house fit the bill! Great location for us! Wonderful backyard and spacious living quarters! Great place for a family! Highly recommend!!!

This home feels like a home away from home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and was decorated with a one of a kind touch. The home was well maintained and pictures well represented the condition and design of the home.The home is close to a park where you can feel safe walking your pets. It is also closely located to various other amenities like the supermarket, mall, coffee shop, and hiking areas. Nysa was available when needed and was very accommodating. This is my second stay at Nysa’s home. I will definitely book again with Nysa as the experience and home were wonderful.

Landing spot blessing

Or family was going through what we call a “Trifecta” (only we used a different adjective, where the F is in trifecta).One family member was being discharged from the hospital but needed monitoring. The family doing the monitoring was in the middle of a real estate sale/purchase, other family members coming and going to help.This house worked on every single level, accommodating everyone! The hospitality of the owner w/answering questions and providing home-touches all over in and outside of this home! Our dog was in heaven with the freedom to come in and out through the doggie door and had so many comfortable places to wander around outside within the fence yard! Thank you Nysa for your kindness and prompt responses to everything! My family literally let out an audible “Whew” when they arrived! Oh, and P.S.: The popcorn station was an absolute hit!
