Welcome to this beautifully remodeled getaway in historic Arvada, that is walkable! It’s just a short walk from the downtown area, where you’ll find a closed to traffic foot mall with restaurants, shops, live music, and more! Blending character with thoughtful design, this spacious home offers 3 bedrooms—2 on the main level and 1 downstairs—plus an additional bedroom area with 2 twin beds for extra sleeping space. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for hosting, and the main level features a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The basement includes another beautifully designed walk-in shower and an oversized bathroom.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a fire pit and stunning views of the water tower. In summer, enjoy live music drifting from Olde Town Arvada.

The home was immaculate, very comfortable, well stocked, in a nice neighborhood. We had a family get together to celebrate my sister's passing - the host was gracious and communicative. Lovely place, gorgeous spacious back yard. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Awesome yard for dogs!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The backyard was a true highlight & we often struggled to get our dogs to leave it!One of our favourite parts is how easy it is to walk into Olde Town, fantastic when you need to use the light rail to access downtown.The property itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described The owner is amazing, nothing was too much of a bother. A special shout out to the property manager who was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay.We felt well taken care of from start to finishHighly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and outdoor space

This is a special spot walkable to old town Arvada with a great outdoor space and firepit. The listing has in paratheses that it sleeps 12 but it actually only sleeps 8 adults so be aware of that and pay attention to the pictures. The property managers consider 4 pack n' plays to be sleeping spaces. They did bring a air mattress and luckily we only had 10 adults staying.
