Outdoor Space – Fenced backyard with sectional seating, BBQ grill, dining table, and fire pit for crisp Denver evenings. 6. Public Transit – RTD bus stops are just steps away for quick rides downtown, to Union Station, or to Denver’s main attractions. 3. Driving – Free off-street parking is available on site, plus easy street parking. Downtown is only 2 miles away (about 7–10 minutes by car). 4. Ride-Shares – Uber/Lyft pickups are fast and reliable; perfect for concerts, festivals, or a night out. 5. Air & Rail – Denver International Airport is ~35 minutes by car or light rail from Union Station. Amtrak trains also run from Union Station for day trips.
