My recent stays at four different WoodSprings locations were generally positive until I encountered significant issues at the south Denver/Littleton branch. Upon arrival, I faced rude and unhelpful service from Holly, who demanded an extra $200 for a room that I had already reserved through Expedia, with a date mix-up due to payment processing timing. Despite returning the next day for my reservation, I was given a room that reeked of rotting meat. Discovering a bag of decomposing food in the room, I reported the issue to another staff member, who uncovered multiple unallocated rooms, suggesting Holly was mismanaging bookings. Although I eventually received a cleaner room, it too had cleanliness issues, prompting me to request fresh linen. Despite management's unresponsiveness, the front desk staff accommodated my request. Holly's incompetence and questionable practices have marred my experience, leading me to vow never to return and to consider sharing my ordeal online. I hope for the intervention of higher management to address these issues promptly.
