    Escape to a peaceful Depot Beach holiday home surrounded by Murramarang National Park. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, this relaxed family retreat offers spacious decks, leafy views, Wi-Fi and plenty of room to unwind.

    Walk through the surrounding bushland to beautiful Depot Beach, explore nearby coastal tracks and rockpools, or watch kangaroos and native birdlife from the balcony.



    The Space:

    Set over two levels, this spacious and character-filled beach house is ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxing South Coast escape.



    Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opens onto generous balconies overlooking the surrounding bushland. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the birdlife, relax after a day at the beach or gather for an outdoor meal in the BBQ area.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.



    Bedroom configuration:

    • Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private ensuite

    • Bedroom 2: Queen bed

    • Bedroom 3: Two single beds



    The main bathroom includes a shower, a bath, and a separate toilet. Downstairs, guests will also find an additional shower and toilet, a laundry with a washing machine, and a small rumpus area offering extra space to relax.



    Outside, enjoy the spacious backyard, rear deck and peaceful natural surroundings.

    Depot Beach is a peaceful coastal village surrounded by Murramarang National Park and beautiful South Coast scenery.

    Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkelling or exploring the nearby rockpools. Guests can also enjoy the Depot Beach Rainforest Walk, Rock Platform Walk and sections of the Murramarang South Coast Walk.



    Getting Around:

    A car is recommended for reaching Depot Beach and exploring the surrounding national park.



    Once you arrive, the beach and nearby walking tracks are easily accessible on foot from the property.



    Other Things to Note:

    This is an original Depot Beach cottage with older-style furnishings and a relaxed, traditional beach-house atmosphere. Its greatest features are its spacious layout, peaceful setting and proximity to the beach and national park.

    Wi-Fi is provided, with connection details supplied before arrival.

    Linen and bath towels are included. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

    Pets are not permitted.

    Kangaroos, native birds and other wildlife regularly visit the area. Please enjoy watching them from a respectful distance.

Great house in an amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a large and very comfortable house, perfect for 2 families to share. It is not polished and modern but that made it easy to relax! The balcony is really lovely, with ocean views, and the big trees provided shade and lots of colourful bird life. I'll definitely be back to Depot Beach.

Beach house in a quiet location with beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a truly magical part of the world that is Depot Beach. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The large deck is perfect for eating outdoors, with large dining table and BBQ area. There is also a large self-contained den underneath the house with a bathroom and small ktichen (stove not working but there's a fridge) with TV and sofa area. However, there are no beds in the den and it's extremely damp and musty smelling so not a great place to hang out. The upstairs living and bedroom areas are comfortable and spacious. My only criticism is that the house could do with a deep clean to remove dust from under furtniture and beds. The linen provided is sparse and some of the were a bit dirty (e.g. the duvets in the room with bunkbeds were stained which suggest they are very old), so recommend you bring your own duvet cover, spare face washers and tea towels. But overall a very pleasant stay and would book again.

3 Carr Street Depot Beach

We love Depot Beach but this property is probably best described as quite tired. The furnishing is old, unsuitable and reminiscent of my grandmother's place. The property was not very clean. The property is damp affected and smelled dank for our entire stay. And what's with all the manky blankets & pillows in the cupboard? Overall disappointing considering the nightly rate. I will chose another proper over this one in future
