Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pool area was excellent and good choice of dining options including in-room Room was clean, however the mattress could have been more comfortable - new mattresses are needed soon.

Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, and every detail was handled professionally. Highly recommend Orchid Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. Will definitely come back again!

What made the hotel extra special was the staff. All exemplary, reception staff were a bit timid and probably could do with stronger personalities and better customer service skills bit rest of staff from doormen, luggage guys, security and especailally the dining room staff. Only real issur O had os that we had to keep clairifying our half board status, we had to clarify this at least 4 times even at check out which was quite embarrasing and extrememly annoying

This is a new hotel so it’s still working out the kinks. The hotel is large and modern looking. They offered us chai on arrival which was a nice touch after a long drive. The pool was a highlight for the kids. The breakfast buffet was decent but the dinner was disappointing - slow and not very good. The biggest flaw was the loud and obnoxious club music that they play in the hotel hallways. It actually affected our ability to sleep. They also do not have any facilities for drivers so not a great place for a pit stop on a long journey.

Hello friends Orchid is perfect hotel for visit few days. I only felt that contractor not done good job for the Orchid. Water keep coming out of shower. This need to be sorted otherwise someone can slip or trip. ( urgent ). Otherwise everything perfect.. staff amazing parking good, cleaning perfect. Good luck. 👍

Despite the 100+ Himachal students running around the property, general manager Satnam did an exceptional job managing the entire premises. I stayed at other hotels but this hotel is run smooth like a well-oiled machine.
