"Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again. Pros: There was plenty of room for my family of 6; the house was clean; the beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked (but no toaster or toaster oven; plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, blankets, etc; 5 min drive to Jay Peak resort; good communication with the rental management company; easy check in & check out process; quiet neighborhood. Cons (nothing major): As other renters have noted, the spiral staircase that leads to both the 3rd floor and basement, are narrow and steep (but we managed); there is no door to the outside from the basement so our dog had to stay on the main floor only (she didn’t mind); no batteries in one of the TV remotes; the front yard could use a bit of a clean up; the pet fee was the highest we ever had to pay."

"Awesome house right near Jay! Hot tub after day of skiing was great! We enjoyed family dinners at the large dining room table and movie nights in the TV room!"

"This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. There were 7 of us the first night, and 9 the next two days. The house is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful holiday...washer/dryer, towels, bed linens, cooking equipment. The front porch was very useful to store all the extra things that we brought, so there was no clutter inside. And Yvette is a marvelous person. We will be coming back soon!"
