"A lovely holiday. The gite has a beautiful garden to sit in and is equipped to a very good standard.A warm welcome from René and Nicole on our arrival. We came to see the Châteaux of the Loire and there were many located very close to the gite. We didn't realise from the description that the bathroom was on a different floor to the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for us, but could have been for others."

"We had a wonderful week at Jacky and Mercedes's converted barn. It was very comfortable with 2 ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen diner / sitting room downstairs, which had everything you could wish for including a DVD player for the kids' siesta time! The attention to detail was excellent and I loved the French soap in the bathrooms. We also had access to the spa and gym which was wonderful. "Demeure pleine de charme pour ceux qui comme moi aiment le bois et la pierre. Cadre exceptionnel et apaisant. Si vous souhaitez simplement vous reposer, vous pourrez rester sur place et apprécier les magnifiques arbres et le chant des oiseaux. Mais il y a également des visites intéressantes à une distance raisonnable : châteaux de Langeais et d'Azay-le-Rideau, ville de Chinon, à deux pas aussi de Ste Maure et ses délicieux fromages. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir."

"Nous sommes venus passé deux nuit entre amis dans ce gîte confortable et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants, disponibles. "Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."

"Beau parc de loisir très calme et bien intégré dans une forêt de pins. Les cottages sont confortables, ils disposent de tout ce qu’il faut, sauf la clim. Comme tous les CenterParc, c’est un paradis pour les enfants. Le nom du parc n’est pas usurpé, des daims en liberté parcourent les espaces entre les cottages en broutant. Craintifs, ils ne se laissent pas approcher à moins de trois mètres. Les cottages sont des cubes accolés les uns aux autres, et ne sont pas très beaux. Ils sont trop visibles...

"what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday."
