Great stay

Place was great. It was clean and great location. The outside amenities looked nice but did not use them due to that we stayed one night, and the weather wasn't warm enough for it.

Perfect for a Short Weekend

I recently came to Des Moines for an event with my friends and we loved staying here! It was the perfect space for a short weekend trip. The apartment was nice and clean and was super spacious! The location is great as there is a coffee shop and restaurants right across the street. Plus, everything is a short drive/Uber ride away if it is cold out. The area felt very safe, but it can be a bit noisy since it right by train tracks so you will hear it if it goes by late at night. If I ever go back, I would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is great. The property is basic. While I wouldn't say dirty, it was not that clean. Smudges on fridge and windows. Bring your own shampoo and soap, what was provided was low end, Suave.

Ironman 70.3

It was a great location for Ironman 70.3. Just a little over a mile or so from both Greys lake and the finish line. I would stay there again!! Des Moines was a great experience.

The place was very clean. There were great places to eat and drink, and most of the places we wanted to go to were within walking distance. The host was fast to reply to any text. Our bathroom sink was draining slow and they had someone there within the hour to fix it. It took just five minutes. I found free parking nearby. I’d definitely stay there again.

Nice place.

Nice, bright, and clean apartment/condo. Enough space for my coworkers while we were there for a tattoo convention. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it wasn’t warm enough for the chill in the air. Wonderful location with the coffee shop and the restaurants close by. Just a few tweaks with the bedding and towels would have added a more luxurious feel that the space itself presents. Other than that, very nice place.

Uncomfortable beds. Broken bathroom towel rack. Filthy sink sprayer. Cheap, wobbly coffee table. Balcony view of homeless encampment across the street. Unsafe rear parking (we witnessed homeless people walking through parking lot checking out vehicles at night). No hand or dish towels in the kitchen. Only living room furniture was a couch.
