Perfect location to enjoy a concert or sporting event as you will be just steps away from Wells Fargo Arean and Hy-Vee Hall, or a fun night downtown as you will be just a few short blocks from Court Avenue. This is a perfect place to sleep like a baby in our plush queen beds . Unit is complete with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms and fun common areas.

Nestled right in the heart of downtown, you'll be right next to the Wells Fargo Event Center. Enjoy the bustling energy of this prime location, with countless dining and entertainment options just steps away.

Parking: Please park in the parking lot. If you a vehicle, we provide 1 free parking pass. It will either be located in the lockbox or in your unit.

Enter the building through the west entrance. There is a lockbox on the wall to the right of the double doors. It is marked with your reserved unit #.

Codes and keys:
1. Choose the lockbox marked with your reserved unit number, and enter the code we will provide you with followed by the enter button.
2. Enter into the lobby. The elevators will be to your Right.

Super convenient

This was a great find and super convenient place to stay while we went to Wells Fargo events. Once we crossed the street and hit the skyway, we could get anywhere downtown. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great location and property. Close proximity to Wells Fargo arena!

This was perfect for us for AAU state wrestling weekend. It was about a block walk to Wells Fargo so it was easy to come and go. The host was very responsive to questions and provided everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Crash pad

Great little downtown apartment for a place close by nightlife to sleep at. We didn’t use the kitchen really and just slept there but it was clean and spacious for the 3 of us, liked the clean and large bathrooms!

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was also good and the view was nice. We had not expected to be in a college dorm. As an older couple, this felt a little weird, but it was super quiet over the weekend, and we couldn't hear any street noise. There were some minor issues: The floors were smooth, but they had an unfished look that created a cold atmosphere. There were three thermostats but we could not adjust the temperature on any of them; all we could do was turn the air on or off. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Great Location

Location is great. The room appears to be in a dorm apartment which was a liitle strange for a rental. The beds and towels left much to be desired. Beds were very uncomfortable and towels were worn/mismatched. We noticed it wasn't throughly cleaned when we arrived. They offered to come re- clean it asap but we declined and they offered a late check out which was very appreciated. Host was very communicative.
